WHO EVER COMMITTED CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY.MUST FACE THE CONSEQUENCES.

Biafra: We’re monitoring ex-IGP Arase’s movements– IPOB ON JUNE 23, 2016.

says he must face ICC for ‘extra-judicial killings.
The leadership of Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, on Thursday, disclosed that it has directed all its members worldwide to closely monitor the movements and whereabouts of the retired Inspector-General of Police, IGP, Solomon Arase, to facilitate his arrest and arraignment in the International Criminal Court, ICC, as soon as an international bench warrant is issued for his arrest. Ex-IGP Solomon Arase IPOB said that the essence of keeping such a 24-hour surveillance on Arase’s movements was because he (Arase) allegedly presided over the extra-judicial killings of over 1,000 Biafrans between July, 2015 and May 30, 2016. In a press statement signed by its spokesman, Dr. Clifford Iroegbu, IPOB directed that Arase’s whereabouts must also be monitored and logged-in with the office of IPOB headquarters, Victoria, Spain. The statement added: “it is very important to keep a record of his movements so that when the ICC finally issues the long-awaited international warrant order for his arrest, it will be easy to locate, apprehend, handcuff and fly him to the Hague for prosecution at the ICC”. The statement further added: “if anyone happens to see him fleeing the country, please make calls to alert IPOB officials. For those who do not know the atrocious crimes committed by him (Arase), we have posted two of his pictures and the pictures of some of the victims he shot dead because we believe that pictures speak more than a thousand words.

RELEASE NNAMDI KANU TO END THE PROBLEM IN NIGERIA----JERRY GANA

By Chima Onyekachi and Ifeanyi Chijioke

For Family Writers

Jerry Gana with members of Family Writers
Jerry Gana who attended the 17th anniversary of Igbo Youth Movement, last week; called on Muhammadu Buhari to release the leader of indigenous people of Biafra who has done nothing but called for the restoration of Biafra. Gana argued that Nnamdi Kanu has right to call for self-determination and believing that his arrest was uncalled for, a mistake that must be corrected. He was more concerned about the circumstance that led to Nnamdi Kau’s agitation than the agitation itself.

However, he stated that Nnamdi Kanu is only responding to Nigerian as a failed state that worsened under Buhari. Nnamdi Kanu is the spark plug for Biafra restoration and arresting him was stoking the flame of Biafra that has left Nigeria bleeding since last year. He argued that had true federalism been implemented, Nnamdi Kanu’s agitation would not gain the 100% backing and support it has today.

“Release Nnamdi Kanu and restructure Nigeria which is the only solution” he said while responding to questions.  He was filled with smile and expressed satisfaction that despite being in prison, Nnamdi still command respect. He was one of those that clapped and smiled when Nnamdi Kanu’s award was announced.

Since Nnamdi Kanu was arrested, there have been uneasy calm in old eastern region that is Biafra. Youths, fathers and mothers came out on the street with placards which often destabilizes economic activities due to the mammoth crowd that troops out in solidarity. The federal government of Nigeria has shown cluelessness in handling the situation which has only worsened or heated the polity.

Buhari resorted to use of maximum force against unarmed and peaceful Biafrans that are only taking advantage of the tenet of democracy. Nigerian forces under the command of Buhari have brutally shot to kill Biafra agitators.  Shooting unarmed Biafrans was the solution Buhari can offer and the decision only worsened the situation as agitators get motivated instead of retreating. “We have lost lives and continue losing; we won’t retreat because of that”

Buhari has come under intense criticism but have not shown any sign of repenting, hundreds of Biafrans have been killed and instead of deterring others, it has only motivated and fueled the agitation. Gana faulted Buhari’s approach and cautioned that Killing agitating youths will never solve any problem. “Had we embraced true federalism, all these won’t be happening. The youths agitating are doing what should be done to save this country” he said

Notable figures have called for the release of Nnamdi Kanu and many are still calling for his release, militants have also sworn to narrow down oil production to zero, an effort on course. Gana is of the view that only releasing Nnamdi Kanu will bring an end to the many problems Nigeria is facing. “Release Nnamdi Kanu and all these problems will be over, very simple”

Buhari has refused to listen to voices and voice of reason urging him to shelve issues that will likely result to military actions. He is of the view that he would crush everything that opposes him as he has promised that he would kill more Biafrans to keep Nigeria one. He has also threatened to drown everybody instead of allow Biafra. “We don’t want death, we will disappoint Buhari, and we want peace and true federalism” he concluded.

Halliburton Scam: US.Confirms Buhari’s Wife' Involvement In The Halliburton Scandal.Expired Nigeria Is A Fraud And Failed State.

The United States Justice Department has revealed that President Muhammadu Buhari’s wife, Aisha Buhari was used as conduit in fraudulent wire transfers, from her Nigerian account in favour of Congressman Jefferson, via the ANJ Group LLC.

The US District Court Memo, states that Congressman William J. Jefferson, between August 2000 and August 2005, sought hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of himself and family members.

In return, the defendant used his congressional office to promote the business interests of bribe-paying companies, whose very success was dependent upon the approvals of certain, United States and West African government agencies and officials.
Congressman Jefferson further compounded his criminal culpability by conspiring with others to pay a bribe to the then-sitting Vice President of Nigeria.

The WhistleNG, in an exclusive report, stated that in hushed and sometimes cryptic taped recorded conversations, Congressman Jefferson, explained in details how the success of the Nigerian telecommunications venture depended on bribing the Vice President of Nigeria, who the defendant described as “really corrupt.”
The US District Court during their investigation also revealed that Williams Jefferson, in one of his numerous bribe schemes, wired $170,000 to a Nigerian account in the name of Aisha Buhari.

“During the investigation of his numerous bribe schemes, law enforcement agents learned of several wire transfers from offshore territories into U.S. financial accounts, that were either controlled by the defendant or whose proceeds were made available for his benefit.

See Donald C. Semesky, Jr., Tr. at 104 – 116; see also Government Exhibits 36-87 (6/26/02 $170,000 wire transfer from account in Nigeria in the name of Aisha Buhari, to an account in the name of The ANJ Group, LLC, identifying “William Jefferson” as Beneficiary), Government Exhibits 36-90 and 36-91 (11/28/03 $50,000 wire transfer from account in the British Virgin Islands in the name of Dawson Creek Traders to an account in the name of Jefferson Interests, Inc.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, in their report dated June 22, 2006, also stated that former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, was summoned by the US government for Investigation into the iGate/NDTV business deals involving Congressman Jefferson, which also contained Haija Aisha M. Buhari’s bank records and transfer history.

Reports from New York Times Story (April 29, 2007) revealed Aisha Buhari on the dubious $1.2m campaigning contract, to help the former Akwa Ibom State Gov., Obong Attah, boost his image and attract investment to Akwa Ibom in his bid to become President of Nigeria, as well as a contract where Aisha Buhari, served as a consultant to orchestrate enormous name golfers to go to the opening of the Uyo Golf Resort, commissioned by former Governor, Obong Attah.

As indicated by the New York Times story, “she (Aisha Buhari) told him that her father was the former military ruler of Nigeria, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari and that her American friends included politicians like Mr. Jefferson of Louisiana.”
The former Governor also verified the claim by the New York Times when he said, he knows Ms. Buhari’s daughter, who is still a powerful Nigerian politician, by reputation. He also met her, he said, in 2001 when she accompanied a group of American politicians that included Mr. Jefferson to Akwa Ibom, to see oil-related pollution problems there.
All I needed to do was ask Aisha if she knew him,” Mr. Attah recalls.
General Buhari, has since denied that Aisha Buhari is his daughter, in spite of the contrary proofs, pretty much as he denied his adopted son, Mr. Mohammed Buhari, who was likewise captured in May 2014, by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, for swindling a woman Mrs. Nwokwocha Florence, of N20m to put resources into an oil and gas business with a guarantee to make mouthwatering returns to the woman.

#OperationRedEconomy:New militant group emerges in Imo, threatens to shut down oil facilities

Slightly more than one week after Imo legislators condemned the exclusion of the state from the Federal Government proposed dialogue with oil producing states in the Niger Delta region, in its bid to quell the armed hostilities in the region, a new militant group has emerged in the state.

The new group, Niger Delta Red Squad, which had claimed responsibility for the blowing up of two pipelines belonging to Shell in the Asa/Awarra axis of Ohaji Egbema Council Area, has also threatened to attack major oil pipelines in Oguta Council Area and ultimately shutdown all oil wells in the state.

The group, which was announced through a Facebook update, claimed it had what it takes to carry out the threat, warning that until the oil producing areas in the state are giving what rightfully belongs to them, the area will no longer be peaceful for oil companies to operate.

An ex-militants from the area confirmed the existence of the group but quickly added that he was not involved in the renewed militancy.

THE BAND IS MORE THAN A WRISTBAND: HE YET LOVES BIAFRA FOR EVERY PERSECUTION IT BRINGS

THE BAND IS MORE THAN A WRISTBAND: HE YET
LOVES BIAFRA FOR EVERY PERSECUTION IT BRINGS
By Ifeanyi Chijioke
For Family Writers
H e is a man fearless before his enemies and he has
lived everything he said, when radio Biafra came into
existence, yes we heard all these things, but we hissed
and said until they catch him, he would take his own
money like Uwazurike and enjoy life. Time has proven
us wrong and circumstance keeps making us fools. He
is there in the prison and fearless even before death,
that he may die for us to live a life devoid of any atom
of slavery.
We cannot pay him for everything he has done, he
forfeited his pleasure to end our pressure, what else
can we do for him if not to show him how much we love
him. For giving his life for us to have our own, he is
worthy of same treatment he gave to us. Don’t be too
far away from sincerity, come out and demand his
freedom because a dead man is better than a man
denied his freedom. The only way to appreciate his
sacrifice is getting prepared to do anything asked to be
done for him to restore Biafra, whether he is dead or
alive.
I saw him in the court today courtesy of still pictures; I
saw a bold smile and unapologetic look, even before
our enemies, he was confident and full. There is no
retreat and neither shall we surrender, the rain is falling
but the sun will shine brighter than it never shone.
Consistency and determination is the key to success
and that is what he stands for. He is not withered and
he is aware that his incarceration is only the force
driving the restoration of Biafra.
The band is more than a wrist band, boldly written ‘I
love Biafra’ I know him very much and I can tell you
what his message is. With his incarceration, he can see
light at the end of the tunnel, a light shinning brighter by
the day. He smiled boldly because his plans are in
shape, he is a prophet and already knows how the end
will be. The end is Biafra “it is either I am lowered to the
grave or Biafra flag is raised—hoisted”
Nothing is greater than Biafra, he loves Biafra because
he was created for Biafra and will die for Biafra, to him
death is nothing but a due price but woe betides him or
them that will implement such, for earth shall swallow
us all for his sake.  To him, there is nothing to lose
because we have lost everything under slavery, Biafra
is our last hope and we don’t only love Biafra but
fanatical about Biafra.
The ‘I Love Biafra wristband is more than a band’ Biafra
is ‘God’ and we love God, to him and to us, Biafra is our
religion and what shall it cost to die for God? The
purpose of man on earth is to implement the will of
creation, and hence we were fated for Biafra, we shall
smile and love Biafra even before our death. Loving
Biafra is an act of loving God and never shall we fear a
man that kills the flesh but can’t hurt a soul. To him and
to us, it is Biafra or we are lowered to our grave.
The persecution can go on and the genocide can go on,
they would only make our love for Biafra stronger and
give us reason to carry on. There is strength drawn
from every bullet-shot aimed at Biafrans, there is vigor
drawn from every Biafran that fell on the street. There
is motivation from the continued incarceration of an
innocent leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra.
There would be no prevaricating and nothing will stop
Biafra.
His wristband is more than a band, he loves Biafra
more for every discomfort and suffering it brings. He
loves Biafra more for incarcerating him and denying him
everything good, Biafra is strong and he is ready to pay
every price with love. He is obsessed with Biafra, even
while Biafra is dragging him into a pit of suffering, he
loves Biafra. Even when Biafra abused him and denied
him his rights, he loves Biafra. When Biafra tortured him
in DSS detention facility, he endured everything and
loves Biafra. When Biafra gave him all the glories of the
world, he rejected them for his love for Biafra. His
wristband is more than a band.
Who or what is this Biafra he loves? Biafra is you and I,
Biafra is that poor child abused on the streets of Biafra.
Biafra is our mothers in Bayelsa that cannot see good
water to drink. Biafra is those of us that can’t farm on
our land and dying in hunger due to oil spill. Biafra is
those of us that cannot get equal treatment. Biafra is
the marginalized people that were divided and made
minorities to be ineffective in the Lugardian
establishment called Nigeria. He has shown us love
beyond our imagination and he has demonstrated that
death for us is just the ultimate love he can give.                                          http://www.thebiafraherald.co/2016/06/the-band-is-more-than-wristband-he-yet.html?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter&m=1

Grazing Reserves: FG Won’t Force States To Provide Land — 21st June 2016.

Following the controversy surrounding Federal Government’s bid to create grazing reserves for cattle herders in states of the Federation, the Minister of Agriculture. Chief Audu Ogbeh yesterday wondered why people act “as if they do not eat meat.
He, however, told journalists at the Palace of the Lamido Adamawa during a working visit to Adamawa state that the Federal Government has resolved to shelve the issue of grazing fields and has opted for ranches. He stressed that those states that do not want grazing zones will not be forced. The Minister was quick to ask, “why do people do this as if they do not eat meat. The business of government is to find equitable solution to the problem as such the government will not force any state to provide grazing land. he declared
Ogbeh maintained the only way to go is to develop ranches, insisting that nobody was supposed to carry weapon or kill anybody.Wondering why a country with 45 million hectres of land cannot accommodate 20 million cows, he advised Nigerians not to see religion and ethnicity in every aspect of life.

BREAKING: AVENGERS: WE CANNOT "CEASE FIRE" UNTIL YOU RELEASE NNAMDI KANU

 09:58:00 -  0 Comments

The Niger Delta Avengers has refuted the claim by the federal government of Nigeria that they had negotiated and agreed to a "Cease fire" with them as reported by the Nigerian media earlier today.

It was reported that federal government and militant groups in the Niger Delta, including the Niger Delta Avengers (NDA), which has claimed responsibility for a series of attacks on oil and gas installations in recent months, have agreed to a 30-day truce to give President Muhammadu Buhari time to come up with a comprehensive plan for the oil-rich region.

The “30 days of quiet” was said to have been agreed upon last week by a federal government team led by the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu, and representatives of the militant groups, community leaders and the state governments.

The group in a tweet sent out an hour ago made mockery of the supposed agreement, signifying their resolute stance to continue destroying all the oil pipelines in the region until there is no more oil to drill.

See tweet : "The NDA High Command never remember having any agreement on ceasefire with the Nigeria Government."

This is not the first time that the Nigerian government have been fooling and feeding her masses with false news in order to calm the nerve of Nigerians, the earlier they come to terms with the Avengers mission to cripple the economy, the better for Buhari and his pathological lying government.

The Avengers will only sheathe their sword when their conditions for "cease fire" has been met, which includes the unconditional release of Nnamdi Kanu as directed by the various competent court of jurisdiction. Release him and have your peace Buhari, and if you insist on doing otherwise then the Avengers must continue with their mission-"OPERATION RED ECONOMY."

DAMAGE OF APC POLITICAL PARTY IN EXPIRED NIGERIA AND HUMAN SUFFERING TILL TODAY.

WHY PDP  IS STRONGER THAN APC.

1. It took PDP 16 years to make a dollar = N197,but it took APC just 1 year to make a dollar N350.
2 It took PDP 16 years to destroy Nigeria =but it took APC just 1 year to massacre, dismantle kill and bury Nigeria.
3. It took PDP 16 years to make fuel price N87 per
liter=but it took APC 1yr to make fuel N145 per liter.
4. It took PDP 16 years to make Nigeria corrupt=but it took APC just 1 year to make Nigeria Fantastically corrupt.
5)It took PDP 16 years to keep the price of rice at N7,000 per bag=but took APC 1 year to project it
to N18,000 per bag.
6) It took Jonathan 5yrs to travel to 15 countries=but it took Buhari 1 year to travel to 30 countries.
7)It took PDP 16years to apply resounding economic policies that made banks grow=but took
APC 1 year to apply policies which they beg banks not to sack more staff.
CONCLUSIVELY. I am beginning to think that while PDP is better in administration=APC is better in
opposition, that's why APC is still  campaigning, blaming, promising and playing opposition party despite being the Ruling party after one year.

PEOPLE'S PARLIAMENT WHY ANY GRAZING BILL MUST BE RESISTED BY ALL NIGERIANS

Sunday Labaran Abimiku > NIGERIAN
PEOPLE'S PARLIAMENT
WHY ANY GRAZING BILL MUST BE
RESISTED BY ALL NIGERIANS
The story is told of how King Yunfa, the
Hausa Sarkin in Gobir (now called
Sokoto) hosted a Fulani immigrant
called Usman Dan Fodiyo and his group
in February 1804, as a result of this and
since 1808 the whole of the northern
region lost its kingdoms and were
replaced by Fulani emirates. King Yunfa
is said to have been killed in 1808 and
the Fulani warrior (Usman Dan Fodiyo)
established Sokoto caliphate, making
himself Sultan. Gradually, other Hausa
kingdoms were pillaged and taken over
by the Fulani emirs. The ethnic groups
in the core north were the first victims of
Fulani imperialism, a venture that
occurred because the people were given
access to grazing land as a result of the
hospitality of the hosts. They however
failed to overrun the Bornu kingdom, so
the Shehu of Bornu remains paramount
till today! The Afonja dynasty
compromised by allowing a Fulani
warrior known as Janta Alimi to settle
in Ilorin, the Fulani guerrillas killed
Afonja in 1824 And Ilorin, a Yoruba town
under the Oyo empire, fell into Fulani
hands, becoming an emirate under
Sokoto caliphate till today! Even the
attempts of the O'odua People's
Congress (OPC) to revert to status quo
ante and crown an Onilorin of Ilorin
became an exercise in futility. The
Yoruba warriors got wise and defeated
the Fulani jihadists in Osogbo in 1840, if
this didn't happen there would most
likely have been Fulani "emirs" as rulers
in Oyo Alaafin, Ibadan, Owo, Osogbo,
Ede, Ado, and Igede Ekiti today! If the
Bini Kingdom did not fight and repel the
jihadists, they would have penetrated
the Edo/Delta region beyond the present
day Edo North Senatorial District which
gave in and allowed the jihadists to
overrun & islamize them. Along with
some ignorant folk most of them are
now angling for grazing areas and a
corridor through the entire federation.
These grazing areas will in future
become Fulani settlements, later
commmunities and finally local
government areas with elected officials.
If you think I am being alarmist look
towards the once beautiful and serene
Middle Belt state of Plateau. The exact
same thing happened in Jos. Therefore,
it will not be farfetched to conclude that
the Fulani herdsmen are pawns in an
agenda to overrun all towns in Nigeria!
So that we will have emirs in Owerri,
Enugu, Benin, Agatu, Abeokuta and
other towns where FG creates "grazing
reserves" for Fulani herdsmen! If Yunfa
didn't accommodate Fodio and his
warlike immigrants from Futatoro,
Hausa sarkins would be ruling today in
the north! And if Afonja didn't conspire
with Alimi, a Yoruba kingdom would not
have been ruled by Alimi's offspring till
today! It is a subtle continuation of the
1804 Fulani jihad by the fully-armed and
protected Fulani herdsmen with an age-
old agenda to overrun and Islamize the
whole of Nigeria very quickly. I will end
this with what someone rightly said-
"The grazing bill is not an attempt to
solve the problem, it's a subterfuge to
progress the agenda" It's an age-old
political strategy really- ..create a
problem, come up with a "solution" that
advances the cause, and then give it a
legal backing. Make it look like a win-
win situation. Be as wise as serpents....
Spread this message for people to be
aware. Am I an alarmist? History will
judge
Fulanis are migrating from Sudan,
Lybia, Chad, Mali, and Niger republic to
Nigeria because of these grazing
reserve bill in motion. W e must say no
to grazing land bill.
If you read a copy of the National
Grazing Reserve Council Bill and you'll
be surprised at what it's all about. The
Bill creates a council to be chaired by a
Chairman to be appointed by the
president. The council shall have the
power to take your land anywhere the
land is located in the country and then
pay you compensation. Your land, when
taken, shall be assigned to herdsmen
who shall use your land for grazing
purposes. They shall bring cows to the
land and you shall lose the land
permanently to those Fulani cattlemen.
SAY NO TO GRAZING BILL

EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT TO DEBATE NNAMDI KANU'S ILLEGAL DETENTION AND CASES OF GROSS VIOLATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS AGAINST BIAFRANS BY BUHARI

:EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT TO DEBATE NNAMDI KANU'S ILLEGAL DETENTION AND CASES OF GROSS VIOLATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS AGAINST BIAFRANS BY BUHARI

An official of the Union who did not want to be mentioned told The AUTHORITY that it was wrong to accuse the EU, which he said between 2009 and 2013, granted over €700m aid to Nigeria, of bad faith.
“It is most unfortunate that an organisation which committed over €200m to youth development, including reintegrating ex-militants in the same Niger Delta, is accused of bad faith.

The EU is committed to developing, not only Nigeria, but the whole of Africa. “Between 2009 and 2013, EU aid to Nigeria most of it from the 10th European Development Fund totalled about €700m. Some €200m was allocated to the consolidation of peace and stability, tackling poverty and creating job opportunities for young people (ex-militants) in the Niger Delta.

“The highpoints of the EU 2009-2013 Country Strategy are peace and security, governance and human rights, and trade and regional integration. The basis for political, trade and development cooperation relations between the EU and Nigeria is the 2000 Cotonou Agreement otherwise called the ACP-EU Partnership Agreement, which covers 79 developing countries in Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific.

“Aside from the fact that Nigeria is the most populous country in Africa, it is the biggest economy on the continent and a regional power. Besides, it is a very important trading partner with the EU. This is why we want to meet with Pres¬ident Buhari and share some of our thoughts on happenings in the Niger Delta and South East with him,” said the official.
Meanwhile, IPOB on Sunday drummed support for the militant group responsible for crippling Nigeria’s oil production, Niger Delta Avengers (NDA), as its “kith and kin.”

EU AND ECOWAS STORMS NIGERIA: SET TO MEET WITH BUHARI OVER BIAFRA AGITATION AND THE AVENGERS--Authority

 09:10:00 -  0 Comments

The leadership of the European Union (EU) Delegation to Nigeria and the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) has concluded plans to meet with President Muhammadu Buhari over the rising wave of militancy in the Niger Delta and the agitations by the Independent People of Biafra (IPOB), it was gathered at the weekend.

The 28-member Union, with a population of over 500 million people, and a quarter of the global wealth, is one of the most powerful organisations in the world.
The AUTHORITY gathered that, worried by the deteriorating security situation in the Niger Delta and the Southeast, leaders of the European Union spent the past weeks meeting with opinion leaders from the zones to help their understanding of how best to handle the situation.

Sources close to the meetings told The AUTHORITY that the EU leaders hosted the opinion leaders from the zones to several meetings in Abuja. At one of the meetings, said the source, one speaker from the Niger Delta pointedly accused the EU of fanning the embers of the crises in the zones, and advised the Union to stop “playing the ostrich in Nigeria.”

GARBA SHEHU SHOULD STICK TO HIS BUREAU DE CHANGE JOB.
By Chima Onyekachi
For Family Writers
Senior Special Assistant to the president on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, has decided to broaden the illiteracy, ignorance and ineptitude been showcased by his paymaster Muhammadu Buhari the African Hitler. Garba pointed out that those protesting for a State of Biafra have no information about the political history of the country. He said the issue of Biafra was settled at the end of the 1967-1970 Biafra Genocide in which over 5 million Biafrans were massacred.
Garba Shehu also displayed his deficit in knowledge when he defended Buhari's support for the independence of Western Sahara while against the independence of the sovereign state of Biafra. He said, “For anybody to make comparison between Western Sahara and Biafra, that is a display of knowledge deficit in international politics. One, Western Sahara is a classic case of decolonisation.“It is the last remaining colony on the African continent and we all owe it a duty to ourselves to liberate Western Sahara. “In fact, as military Head of State, President Buhari was the first to recognise Western Sahara and then the rest of Africa followed.“So, he is being consistent. But Biafra is for the dismemberment of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, which is already a settled entity. “These two scenarios are clearly different,” he stressed.
I do wish to educate Garba and other ignorant fellows who are docile to the tyranny of Muhammadu Buhari. The Indigenous People of Biafra are legally clamoring for their right to self-determination as enshrined in the United Nations Human Rights Charter. Frederick Lugard (who is rotting in hell) on behalf of Britain (Lucifer of the world), forcefully joined people of different religion, lifestyle and culture to form an inorganic entity called Nigeria. Has there been a discussion among the various indigenous people that were forced to form the so called entity called Nigeria, since the expiration of the amalgamation treaty? Why are the reports of the last National Conference in the dustbin of A so Rock? Why is the dictatorial government of Nigeria afraid of a referendum if it is very sure "Biafra is dead"? Is Morroco not an "entity” that is "colonizing" Western Sahara? Can Garba also explain why Buhari is in support of the sovereignty of Palestine? It is clear Buhari is been consistent in killing Biafrans as he did during the Biafra Genocide of 1967-1970.
I can forgive the ignorance of Shehu Garba because the government of Nigeria made sure true history was expunged from the educational curriculum of the country. But it is too late to hide the truth as it is been revealed. I implore Shehu Garba to concentrate on the new duty given to him by the wife of his paymaster, Aisha Buhari, to be her bureau de change agent in the black market. Biafra is a spirit and has risen, that is why he is speaking about her and let him get ready to bury his loved ones, since he has buried "Biafra" with his mouth.

Barrister Amobi Nzeye,he said he respects San Chucks Muoma and said the defendants have the right to make a change of counsel. San Chucks Muoma, with pains said, the defendants have embarrassed him. That they should have deemed it fit to have given him a preimformation, before bringing in another counsel into the case.

That if there was a preimformation given to him, he wouldn't have spent money for flight, to come down to Abuja, as he is not a very rich Man.

NNAMDI KANU'S CASE SET TO EXPOSE THE CORRUPT NIGERIAN JUDICIARY AS HE HEADS TO COURT TODAY

NNAMDI KANU'S CASE SET TO EXPOSE THE CORRUPT
NIGERIAN JUDICIARY AS HE HEADS TO COURT TODAY

Today, 20th June, 2016, the leader of the Indigenous People
of Biafra (IPOB), director of Radio Biafra and Biafra TV,
Nnamdi Kanu (POC), will be appearing in Abuja High Court, to
continue the total exposure of the corruption of the Nigerian
Judiciary. While we await the proceedings which will be
presided upon by the very corrupt John Tsoho of the federal
high court, Abuja, we expect him as usual to exhibit more
blunders which apparently is inherent in him.
We, the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) know that our
leader Nnamdi Kanu cannot get justice from a Nigerian Court
under the government of Dictator Muhammadu Buhari. Since
the arrest of our leader, Nnamdi Kanu, each of his Court
sittings has really depicted Nigeria as a Zoo as he rightly
called them, and has exposed the dictatorial nature of Tyrant
Muhammadu Buhari who since his assumption as the president
of the contraption called Nigeria, has collapsed everything
that made Nigeria a country.

It will be recalled that Judge Ahmed Mohammed had
previously discharged and acquitted Nnamdi Kanu, after
Judge Ademola Adeniyi granted him bail in Abuja. But
Dictator Muhammadu Buhari refused to obey court rulings
and ordered his errand boys, the DSS to keep detaining and
torturing him, until Judge Tsoho who accepted to be a willing
tool in his hand to jail Nnamdi Kanu came along.
But unfortunately for him (John Tsoho), with Nnamdi Kanu, it
is no longer business as usual, because God is interested in
this case. It will be recalled that John Tsoho had previously
ruled that masked witnesses will not testify against Nnamdi
Kanu, but in another court sitting, reversed himself without
an appeal by the prosecuting counsel to the Nigerian
government, which points to the fact that he was biased.

It is now crystal clear to the world that Judge John Tsoho is
working on the order/instructions of Dictator Muhammadu
Buhari who had earlier stated in a media chat that he would
not release Nnamdi Kanu because he had dual citizenship.
The Chief Justice of Nigeria is an accomplice to this injustice
against Nnamdi Kanu. Muhammadu Buhari is obviously clueless
together with everyone following his evil instruction that
works against human right and humanity. And as long as
Nnamdi Kanu appears in Court, this evil will continue to be
exposed.

BOMBSHELL FOR BIAFRA!!! EUROPEAN
UNION (EU) TO MEET BUHARI OVER N/
DELTA, BIAFRA AGITATIONS (FULL
DETAILS)
The leadership of the European Union (EU)
Delegation to Nigeria and the Economic
Community of West African States
(ECOWAS) has concluded plans to meet
with President Muhammadu Buhari over the
rising wave of militancy in the Niger Delta
and the agitations by the Independent
People of Biafra (IPOB), it was gathered at
the weekend.
The 28-member Union, with a population of
over 500 million people, and a quarter of
the global wealth, is one of the most
powerful organisations in the world.
The AUTHORITY gath¬ered that, worried by
the deteriorating security situation in the
Niger Delta and the Southeast,
leaders of the European Union spent the
past weeks meeting with opinion leaders
from the zones to help their understanding
of how best to handle the situation.
Sources close to the meetings told The
AUTHORITY that the EU leaders hosted the
opinion leaders from the zones to several
meetings in Abuja. At one of the meetings,
said the source, one speaker from the Niger
Delta pointedly accused the EU of fanning
the embers of the crises in the zones, and
advised the Union to stop “playing the
ostrich in Nigeria.”
An official of the Union who did not want to
be mentioned told The AUTHORITY that it
was wrong to accuse the EU, which he said
between 2009 and 2013, granted over
€700m aid to Nigeria, of bad faith.
“It is most unfortunate that an organisation
which committed over €200m to youth
development, including reintegrating ex-
militants in the same Niger Delta, is
accused of bad faith. The EU is committed
to developing, not only Nigeria, but the
whole of Africa.
“Between 2009 and 2013, EU aid to Nigeria
most of it from the 10th European
Development Fund totalled about €700m.
Some €200m was allocated to the
consolidation of peace and stability,
tackling
poverty and creating job opportunities for
young people (ex-militants) in the Niger
Delta.
“The highpoints of the EU 2009-2013
Country Strategy are peace and security,
governance and human rights, and trade
and regional integration. The basis for
political, trade and development
cooperation relations between the EU and
Nigeria is the 2000 Cotonou Agreement
otherwise called the ACP-EU Partnership
Agreement, which covers 79 developing
countries in Africa, the Caribbean and the
Pacific.
“Aside from the fact that Nigeria is the most
populous country in Africa, it is the biggest
economy on the continent and a regional
power. Besides, it is a very important
trading partner with the EU. This is why we
want to meet with Pres¬ident Buhari and
share some of our thoughts on happenings
in the Niger Delta and South East with
him,” said the official.
Meanwhile, IPOB on Sunday drummed
support for the militant group responsible
for crippling Nigeria’s oil production, Niger
Delta Avengers (NDA), as its “kith and kin.”
IPOB made its position known in a
statement endorsed by its spokespersons
Emma Mmezu and Dr. Chukwuemeka
Iroanya.
“The Indigenous People of Biafra under the
leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu hereby
state that we support our kith and kin, the
Niger Delta
Avengers, who are fighting for the freedom
of our people from the enslaving Nigerian
Government.
“We want to place it on record that IPOB
has no connection with some groups who
are claiming on the pages of Nigerian
newspapers that they do not support our
fellow freedom fighters the NDA,” IPOB said
in the statement.
IPOB said the Niger Delta Avengers were
not fighting for resource control and a
restoration of the amnesty programme,
rather, the group was fighting for Biafra.
“The NDA have consistently stated that the
release of IPOB leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is
a precondition for any discussion with
Nigeria,” it said.
“Unfortunately, the Nigerian government
has swept this demand under the carpet
while magnifying the notion of am¬nesty
payments and resource control as reasons
for the NDA’s actions.
“For the avoidance of doubt, the NDA is
fighting for the freedom of the people of
Biafra and not for amnesty payment or for
resource control as some commentators
would like to believe.”
According to IPOB, if the secession plan is
successful, resources will be controlled by
the owners of the land where those
resources are located.
