In recent years the Biafrans, most notably the Igbo have reconnected to their Hebraic traditions in a near miraculous way.Thousands of Igbo have turned to their ancient customs deeply connected to Jewish rituals to find a source of strength. These Hebraic roots stem from the Igbo’s origins to the northeast and ultimately to the Land of Israel.Those who know Kanu can say that he has increasingly shifted towards a direct Israelite understanding of the world and has grown closer to a Judaic outlook. This makes him the most dangerous man in Nigeria, because for Kanu it is about returning the Igbo and all of Biafra back to its original state of being.When the British came to West Africa they understood they were dealing with a Hebrew tribe. They encouraged the Hausa to defeat the Igbo and hand them over as slaves to be brought to the New World. Due to ensalvement, oppression, and occupation by the British, Biafra and the Igbo would lose their connection to Israelite customs.However, with Buhari’s oppression of Biafra and the Igbo growing, Kanu’s return to his Israelite ancestry through a Jewish frame of reference is part of a larger movement back to the truth.  Within a period of two weeks, the Indigenous People of Biafra have recorded the disappearance of over hundred members; coordinators and principle officers included. While there is no Nigerian detention facility they have found some of the victims; it is believed that they have been out-rightly executed. The Nigerian government has implored unlawful measures against IPOB since Nnamdi Kanu took prominence - championing Biafra restoration project. The measures include, the unlawful arrest and continued detention of Nnamdi Kanu; shooting to kill peaceful and lawful protesters and many more.

 Amnesty International; the world leading human right institution has been on the watch as have made series of reports concerning the deteriorated state of human right in Biafra land. The reports cited gruesome disrespect of human right and trampling of right to live. The reports so far by Amnesty International have drawn criticism on international community and relevant community authorities who have continued to keep silent at the face of the tyranny that has led to loss of lives in Nigeria.

 Amnesty International in their numerous reports have established facts and compelling reasons that ought to have activated action to save humanity from extinction in Biafra land. It has long been expected that Nigeria will be compelled to apply internationally and locally recognized law in handling Biafra activists and agitation but nothing as such has been done. “This shows the inability of the world to making a better world or heal the world” a Biafran activist said when quarried on their travails.

 Questions are beginning to come up why there is a renewed abduction, clamp down and execution of the people of Biafra which seemed to have subsided since after Chidiebere Onwudiwe, IPOB National coordinator was unlawfully arrested months ago. While some attributed that to the silence of the relevant authorities that ought to have condemned the evil against humanity in Nigeria; some attributed it to frustration; saying that Nigerian government seems to have lost means to address or stop Biafra restoration that is already a certain thing.

 The recent arrest occurred on 21st October 2016 in Bayelsa State where IPOB had come for their zonal family meeting; Bayelsa is one of the States in the Niger Delta, a part of the Old Eastern Region that previously fought for Biafra in 1967. It was quite a serious thing to know that in Bayelsa, IPOB have their family meetings championed by the Indigenes of the State. A Biafran journalist who corresponded for Biafra Television was arrested at Oratta zone A quarter. The coordinator of the zone with some of his executives and scores of members were also arrested. “They are yet to be seen since they were arrested, we are tracking them and they might have been executed but we pray they spare their lives in prison” a member who escaped arrest told this reporter -Ifeanyi Chijioke when contacted over the phone.

 In Aba, another coordinator was arrested en-route to Sabbath on Saturday 22nd of October 2016; he was trailed by Nigerian police force with a Hilux van, intercepted and arrested. Arrest and out-right execution is rampant in Aba; and there has been the major focus of the Nigerian forces. When this reporter contacted the family members of the arrested Coordinator; they were already in tears, cursing and promising a payback. They acted more like they have finally lost their Coordinator and speaking over the phone they said “They have taken him and probably murdered him like they always do, we will pursue his case to the top. Buhari must pay for this regime atrocities in International Criminal Court. We have lost  hundreds of members to this murderous Nigerian force; suddenly we stop seeing our members and that is the end”

Bright Chimezie, a Top member of IPOB for the past two weeks was declared missing by IPOB; his phone line not through and whereabouts unknown. IPOB are searching all police stations to see if he would be found while bushes and streets are being searched for his corpse. Further reports have been made of missing IPOB members; this forceful disappearance is disturbing and has cast fear in Biafra land. “We are living in fear and we have no right in Nigeria again; we are preys to terror-driven Nigerian security agents, killed at will. Biafra is the only hope of living; Bright Chimezie is missing and so are scores of IPOB members missing on daily basis” a close ally said.

 It has being a victorious week for IPOB, as celebration earthquakes BiafraLand over the release of her detainees abducted and detained in various Nigeria Prisons.

 To add to the previous Victories, The Leadership of the Indigenous People Of Biafra shockingly perfected the bail terms of Three IPOB Detainees who were illegally arrested on the 13th of November 2015. This act by the Indigenous People Of Biafra is indeed unprecedented and haven't been seen in any freedom fighting race before.

The victims of the Nigeria unlawful Government, who were charged for "Belonging to an unlawful organisation",have expressed their appreciation towards the immense contribution of IPOB Leadership over their release. They went further to appreciate Ibeh Gift Amarachi and Mazi Friday MacAnthony,for working towards their release and showing brotherly love to them, while still in prison and after their release.

 The overjoyed IPOB Family members in the spirit of oneness and happiness, promised through the Eldest Mazi Tonye Amachree who was an IPOB Coordinator at Igweocha  before his arrest and was shot on his leg during the protest, “Even in Prison, we have never stopped praying for the freedom of Biafra and our Leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. I am from Ijaw and I must confess that, I have never experienced such Love in my whole Life. I am promising on behalf of my Brothers who were released that, we will never give up on the Biafra struggle and the Nigeria Government cannot stop us. I pray that our Leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is released because, to me his release is more important and we will definitely be more overjoyed when it occurs. We will not stop agitating for Biafra, until she is restored".

She promised never to stop praying for IPOB Leader Citizen Nnamdi Kanu and the entirety of Ipob and as well stated that, she is now in full support of the struggle.

 The Nigeria Government should be sanctioned by the International Communities over the frequent unlawful arrest of IPOB and as well take immediate actions against this barbaric violation of human rights, of people lawfully exercising their right to self determination. No Nation forced together can remain peaceful and if any Indigenous people feel dominated by aliens, freedom should be granted to them

 I, Onyebuchi Eze, a Biafran freedom fighting activist and also a member of Family Writers with Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the supreme leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu (Prisoner of Conscience), an Indigenous People from the old Eastern Region of the defunct Nigeria federation in West Africa which its indigenous people reside all over the world. I am unreservedly sending to you this congratulatory message for the new position given to you by the international community. I am very happy for your emergence as the new Secretary-general of United Nations. I am also by extension appreciating the Almighty God for making the process of you emergence as the UN Secretary-general very peaceful.

 Sir, I am highly convinced that your emergence is going to be a new dawn to United Nations at least by restoring the prestige, integrity and authority vested on United Nation Charter which nearly lost its powers & relevance to protect the political, cultural, economic, religious and human right of Indigenous People especially in Africa under the watch of your predecessor, Mr Ban Ki-Moon. Sir, I am convinced that your tenure will restore the dignity and pride of United Nations which is anchored in defence of the down trodden, vehement protection of the right of any Indigenous People under heaven no matter the colour of their skin, giving hope to battered, wounded, molested, massacre & displaced people anywhere in the world.

 Sir, all these above mentioned goals for establishing United Nations got forgotten completely or become a mere verbal expression during the tenure of your predecessor, Ban Ki-Moon in United Nations. Sir, Mr Ban Ki-Moon and his general assembly practically turned UN into an organization for aiding dictatorship, a platform for praising-singing for tyrants like President Muhammadu Buhari of Nigeria who defiantly disobeyed the orders and verdicts of Nigeria municipal courts and ECOWAS court & a citadel for clapping for the oppression of humanity.

 Sir, I also want to use this opportunity to bring to your notice the plight of people of Biafra in West Africa, a republic declared in the year 1967, by the then Nigeria military office Col Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu. Sir, that republic existed for 30 months in the face of a genocidal war which claimed 3.5 million Biafran lives including children and women. The war was waged against our fathers by Nigeria military coalition headed by Britain with the support of USSR, Egypt and other Arab nations as UN watch.

 

 

 
 Sir, our fathers later relinquished the sovereignty of Biafra which they have taken by force when they can no longer resist the fire power of the British military coalition in January 1970 when it became obvious that it is either they surrender or have the Biafra Indigenous people wipe out of the face of the earth with their artillery, sea, air and land blockade of Biafrans from access to food & medicine.

 Sir, since the war ended in 1970, there is no manner of injustice, impunity & social crime that Nigeria government has not committed against Biafrans from the time of military dictatorship to the present day Buhari civilian tyranny. Sir, it is important to inform you that it is this unabated injustice being meted on the people made them unable to forget Biafra. Presently, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu (POC), a dual European and African citizen, a native of Igbo Biafra is leading an unquenchable crusade for the restoration of Biafra republic on a platform known as Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under his supreme command.

 Sir, due to the Nigeria government regular way of treating Biafrans with disdain and contempt, President Muhammadu Buhari illegally arrested & detain Mazi Nnamdi Kanu for one year now, even refusing to obey courts verdicts presided over by Usman Shuaibu of Magistrate court & Hon Justice Adeniyi Ademola of Federal high court, which in different times ordered the release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu unconditionally due to inability of Buhari and his agents to substantiate their allegation against Mazi Kanu in the court.

 Sir, Indigenous People of Biafra have called the attention of United Nations to stand by it Charter on the right of any Indigenous people to embark on self-determination if they are not satisfied with any country they were forced into by colonial powers. Unfortunately, UN under Mr. Ban Ki-Moon has no regard for the cry of the oppressed but rather dines and wine with dictators and tyrants. As a result, people have lost confidence in UN due to the tenure of Mr. Ban Ki-Moon. Sir, will you restore the confidence and integrity of UN during your tenure by addressing the tyranny being meted on Indigenous people all over the world especially Biafrans? Sir, by doing that, you will write your name on sand of history. Remember, an injustice against Biafrans is a threat to justice to the whole world.

In a press conference with the German leader in Berlin, President Buhari in what might be perhaps his most stupid political blunder yesterday in Germany, in answering a reporters question on the role of his wife in his government, has this to say..." _my wife belongs in my Kitchen and in my living room and other room_"
... what a statement!  That was politically incorrect.
The ill adviced President totally forgot that he is standing next to  a woman who is a world leader.
 Here in Germany as in the rest of Europe, the issue of women's right is a delicate one as women have come a long way fighting inequality in both society and at work place. Without warning, a visibly angry Mrs Merkel  (the German Chancellor) quickly ended the press conference to save the President further embarrassment.
 The emancipation of women in Europe is a civil rights issue, that is why feminist groups in Germany immediately reacted to his outing as a hate speech and demanded his exit from their territory. A German opposition leader called for his immediate expulsion from Germany, while a renowned German newspaper in its editorial, has this to say about our President.
 _He is simply a dumb leader, hailed as the Messiah of Africa's most populous democracy  after winning election in 2015 His agenda of fighting corruption which was given a blessing by the West, especially former colonial master, England is very unpopular in his country as citizens are more concerned about the economic hardship and joblessness to his fight for financial recovery_.

Donald TrumpThis question above came to my mind after reading FFK's article that was published on daily post of Sept 7, 2016 titled "the implications of Donald trump presidency". It drew my attention to the scriptures to find out the role Emperor Cyrus of Persia played in the restoration of Israel's sovereignty, after they were conquered and taken captive  by Babylon while the weak ones that couldn't travel to Babylon were left to rot in the war-ravaged city of Jerusalem, and the lucky ones escaped from Isreal and scattered all over the world.

Similarly, Biafrans of today have continued to leave Biafraland in their  thousands and have scattered all over the world in search of greener pasture since after the British empire through the instrumentality of Hausa/Fulani Moslems and their Yoruba allies conquered Biafraland during the war of Genocide and had held our so called political leaders in captivity till today.

However, according to Jeremiah 29:10-18, the Lord said, 70 years must pass before Israel  will be restored back to sovereignty with greater prosperity. And in the book of Ezra chapter one, Jeremiah's prophecy came to pass, after the Israelites had completed their 70 years under Babylonian rule. With the rise of Emperor Cyrus of Persia who overthrew the Babylonian Empire and freed the Israelites during the first year of his reign. That was exactly as prophet Isaiah foretold it in Isaiah chapter 45, 150 years before Emperor Cyrus was even born. 

The above scenario got me thinking, 2017 will be 50 years since Biafra was declared by Ojukwu and the war began: will our own Cyrus (Donald trump) rise in our own "50 years" just like Israel's "70 years" in exile? Will God use him to free us from British Neo colonialism under the Hausa/ Fulani Islamic oligarchy, just like He used Cyprus a pagan king to free the Israelites from captivity in Babylon?

Is Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, our own Ezra, the priest and prophet, that will lead all the exiled Biafrans that are scattered all over the world back to our promise land just like Ezra in the Bible led the exiled Israelites back to Jerusalem?

eAlthough many Biafrans see Mazi Nnamdi Kanu as a leader in the mould of Moses that led the Israelites out of Eygpt, while some see him in the mould of Joshua that led the Israelites into the promised land. Some also see him as Nelson Mandela (Mediba) that freed South Africa from Aparthied after spending 27 years in prison. Some equally see him as Apostle Paul because he spread the gospel of Biafra to all Biafrans that are scattered both within Nigeria and in the Diaspora.

However from the look of things, I see him as a leader in the mould of Ezra the priest and prophet that led the exiled Israelites back to Jerusalem and brought true religious and social reformation to the restored kingdom of Israel, only time shall tell.

All the prophets of God in the Old Testament of the Holy Bible gave prophecies which took at least 400 years known as DARK AGE to fulfill in the New Testament period. But Nnamdi Kanu De Great whom God has chosen as the only acceptable Shepherd of his people in Biafra made prophetic declarations inspired by Almighty God before his illegal arrest, which do not need at least 10 years to fulfill but are all fulfilled in just less than two years.
 It will be recalled by my readers that Nnamdi Kanu prophesied about the menace of Fulani herdsmen in Nigeria going presently, today it is fulfilled. He also prophesied that the then incoming tyrant Buhari who is a religious bigot and ethnic chauvinist is going to sack all competent hands in Nigeria security agencies and replace them with mediocres from the north, today it is fulfilled. He prophesied that if they refuse to give us Biafra, that Somalia will be paradise to compare to Nigeria, today if you are aware of things, if Biafra is not restored fast, soon Nigerians will begin to eat one another due hunger and hardship. All these asides because they all have happened before your eyes.
 Nnamdi Kanu said verbatim that soon "BIAFRA" is going to be topic of discussion everywhere in the world and that will herald the restoration of Biafra - the land of the rising sun. A statement Nnamdi Kanu made when a group in Biafraland needless to mention their name were in court in Owerri with Nigeria govt seeking permission to be allowed to be mentioning Biafra as an acceptable nomenclature in Nigeria so as for them to begin the process of self-determination with the name. Anybody who tells himself the truth will know that there is no topic currently discussed around the world more than BIAFRA. Different national, continental, sub-regional and international parliaments are now becoming interested in the discussion of BIAFRA. It is an obvious truth that when Nnamdi Kanu made this prophetic utterance concerning Biafra, only a few people talks about Biafra.
 Today in Nigeria, all media outlets, be it print media or electronic media, everyone desires to be first in reporting news about Biafra. If any newspaper in Nigeria fails to place a big caption about Biafra on its cover page, they may not sell even a copy. Recently, Prof Chukwuma Soludo joined the list of Igbo-Biafran elites who have genuinely or hypocritically called for the release of Nnamdi Kanu who is completing one year in detention being 14/10/2016.


 


Prof Soludo called on Gen. Buhari to as a matter of urgency release Mazi Kanu because himself and his fellow Igbo elites are gradually queuing behind Nnamdi Kanu to demand for Biafra. Prof Soludo implied this when he said that the prolong detention of Mazi Kanu is already winning more love of his people as days go by. Adeniyi Ademola, one of the federal judges arrested in the illegal crackdown by the Department of State Security Services, DSS, last week has revealed disturbing details of the midnight operation by agents of the secret police.

In a letter to the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Mahmud Mohammed, Justice Ademola, a royal prince of Egbaland, recounts the nightmarish attack on his home by the rampaging DSS operatives.

The document, exclusively obtained by The Trent, contains chilling details of how DSS operatives broke into his house in the night. At several points in the 6-hour operation, Justice Ademola was threatened at gunpoint to sign documents – whose content he doesn’t know.

The DSS agent, said to be up to 45- pointed guns at him at least twice and threatened to shoot the federal judge. One of the agents even said that if they killed him, there was no record of them being at his home and he ” just would die for nothing”.

According to Justice Ademola, when the agents knocked down his doors and finally gained entry into his bedroom. They told him that they had already recovered undisclosed amounts of cash in the visitor’s room downstairs.

The DSS agents refused to disclose the amount of cash they recovered, but went on to force him to sign a document admitting certain items that were found in his house. He says he was never allowed to read the document to know its content and signed the document at gunpoint, just to save his life.

At a point, one of the agents sneered at Justice Ademola and disclosed that the DSS action against him was because he granted bail to Sambo Dasuki, a former national security adviser, and Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of secessionist group, the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB. Both Dasuki and Kanu remain incarcerated by the Buhari government in disobedience to the court orders granting them bail.

Ordinarily, The Trent would not publish this document because of its sensitive nature. But, we are compelled to make this available to the Nigerian public by the far-reaching implications of the anti-democratic strong arm tactics of the Muhammadu Buhari-led government on the democracy of Nigeria.

Human rights groups like Intersociety have documented the arrests, of what could be hundreds of citizens, by the DSS. Arrests were carried out in similar fashion by the secret police. Most of them are just struggling citizens who happen to either be advocating for a free republic of Biafra or associated with politicians believed to be in opposition to the Buhari government or his party, the All Progressives Congress.

Justice Ademola’s great grandfather, Oba Ladapo Ademola II, was one of the foremost post independence monarchs in Nigeria. He is a royal prince of Egba Kingdom in Yorubaland. He comes from a lineage of tough leaders who serve with integrity.

His grandfather, Sir Adetokunbo Ademola, was the first ever Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, he was also the first Nigerian to be appointed a judge. His father was Justice Nekan Ademola, an erudite appeal court judge.

Justice Ademola is a member of the core Yoruba elite. The Ademolas are loved, respected, in fact, revered in Yorubaland. Our investigations reveal that he is a very loved and distinguished person who is upright and had built a reputation for being incorruptible and fearless in interpreting the law.

He accuses the DSS attack on him to be a revenge mission orchestrated by Abubakar Malami, the attorney-general of the federation over an old grievance Malami, a senior advocate of Nigeria, has against him. He denies all allegations against him planted in the press by the DSS and seeks leave to pursue legal action against the DSS.

Ademola is one of seven federal judges, including two justices of the Supreme Court, whose homes were invaded and burgled by the DSS acting on the orders of President Muhammadu Buhari on the night of Friday, October 7, 2016.

Following outcry from Nigerians, the DSS issued a statement claiming the judges were subjects of a ‘sting operation’ aimed at “cleaning the judiciary of corruption”.

However, a statement released by the National Judicial Council, NJC, revealed that the claims by the DSS are false and unsubstantiated. The judiciary declared the DSS action unconstitutional saying that the the DSS went outside its mandate and that the operation was aimed at intimidating the judiciary into submitting the whims of the DSS.

He is standing trial for seeking for Self-determination, bringing it to two judges that have disqualified themselves.

Just when he is getting out of the euphoria of Justice John Tsoho’s dance of shame which led to his withdrawal from the case, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra cum Radio Biafra Boss, Nnamdi Kanu, may be in for another round of judicial quagmire as another judge of the Federal High Court Abuja division, has finally taken up his case file. We sincerely hope this will not be the case but the chances are high and irresistible.

Information reaching the news desk of BIAFRA WRITERS, has it that Justice Binta F.M Nyako of the Federal High Court, Abuja has been assigned by the CJN to preside over the case of the detained leader of IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu and has fixed the date for hearing to hold on November 8, 2016, the same date Kanu’s legal team and the federal government would be slugging it out at the ECOWAS Community Court of Justice in Abuja, the latter having failed to appear in the initial scheduled date of 26th September, 2016.

The assigning of Kanu’s case file to another judge in itself is not a problem but what appears deeply worrisome is its assigning of the case to a Northern judge from the same home state as the President himself who is the Chief Prosecutor in this case even as she has already took off in a troublesome style by fixing the date of the proceeding, the same day meant for the ECOWAS court hearing.

More worrisome and disturbing is the news flying on social media that Justice Hajiya Binta Nyako who was appointed judge on 28th July, 2000 would have been among those judges that were recently arrested, over the sum of 2 million US Dollar bribe she allegedly collected from Jide Omokore to grant a scandalous and unmerited bail to the oil magnate who stole over 6 billion US Dollars from Nigeria on the 8 of July 2016, but was spared on the condition of her convicting and putting behind bars the IPOB leader for life and that she has already started by fixing the date for her hearing of the case, the same as that of the ECOWAS court.

ABOUT 52 groups from the South-East and South-South part of Nigeria have threatened to merge with the indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB), if the detained Leader of IPOB and Director of Radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, is not released unconditionally.

Rising from their meeting in Enugu at the weekend, the coalition group urged the Federal Government to obey  the High Court high ruling of December 2015, ordering the release of Kanu from prison custody.

The group which met in Enugu, under the chairmanship of Bishop Michael Ibeneme, at the residence of Chief (Mrs) Maria Okwor, stated that they were not happy with continued incarceration of the IPOB leader.

The group which is comprised of Christian religious bodies, students associations, town unions, age grades, traders associations, women’s groups, youth organisations and Igbo elders said that the government at the centre “is steadily making it difficult for the country to remain one, through its brazen, oppressive and determined effort to strike fear into the hearts of citizens in order to foist a fascist reign of ethnic, regional and religious dominance of one region over another, and vowed to resist such unholy agenda”

“Capitulation to the agenda would mean sentencing our progeny to a permanent status of serfs, everything is being done to rub in that we are not part of Nigeria. Buhari is deliberately pushing us out of Nigeria.”

The meeting which also had in attendance over a dozen groups from the Niger Delta insisted that the delay to redesign Nigeria to six regions is the source of 99% of the problems afflicting the nation today.

In a two point communique, the groups declared that six regional structure remains the only formula to salvage, and rebuild Nigeria, noting that those opposed to six regional structure were only working towards the eventual disintegration of the country.

They said that all political, economic and social indicators pointed to the self-evident truth that only an early reversal to the six-regional structure will save the country now.

“We are giving notice to the world, that if the unjust, provocative and very divisive detention of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is not specially looked into for the sake of peace, equity and justice, we may no longer restrain our members, affiliates, friends and sisters groups who have indicated their resolve to join and merge with the IPOB in solidarity with their persecution and unjust detention of their leader.

 “Pursuit of self-determination is the inalienable right of all oppressed people the world over as endorsed by the United Nations Chatter on freedom.

“We are being forced and pressured by the uncompromising attitude of the oppressor to defend and protect the future of our progeny. The current master/servant relationship as typified by the unworkable, military constitution is suffocating us. Enough is Enough”.

Speaking to reporters after the meetings, Comrade Chimezie Ubani, President of Igbo Student Union said: “We pleaded for restructure they refused, we pleaded for a referendum they said no, they treat us like slaves, Fulani herdsmen raping our women, killing our farmers, abducting our priests, all the 54 tertiary institution in the east have resolved to join the IPOB to turn it to the largest mass movement in the world.

“We have come to the point where Mr President must know that he just cannot continue detaining an innocent man. We have already printed our ID Cards, from now henceforth we are all IPOB”.

“Lady Ifeoma Nwankwo, chairperson of the Onitsha Fish Dealers Association complained “631 IPOB member’s has been slaughtered by the Federal Government this year alone, some kidnapped in hospitals and killed, it is unacceptable.

“Mazi Chidiebere Onwudiwe was kidnapped by the DSS in June, with a laughable allegation of planning to bomb churches and computer village heaped on him by the DSS, for 4 months they have held him incommunicado without charging him to court. what do you call this if not fascism. A mixture of Hitler and Idi Amin in the making. Subjugation through reign of terror. We are all IPOB henceforth.”

“Chief Chris Obikwelu, Chairman of Igbo Traders Association, said “if Kanu is not released this month, every trader will now go about with IPOB ID Cards, its one year now since they locked up an innocent man, they are indirectly telling us that we are nothing, that we are inconsequential, that they can treat us any how they like, we are tired of the oppression”.

Bishop Ibeneme, who chaired the meeting, said, “Every effort to resolve the structural defects if this country is being rebuffed by people who love to ride on the back of others, people whose world view is that of subjugating others to slavery and eternal domination.

“They are pushing us to the wall, they are doing all they can to provoke us to action. We call on Mr President to release Nnamdi Kanu and reduce the anger and bitterness in the land. Those advising otherwise do not wish him well”.

Also speaking, Evangelist Elliot Ugochukwu-Uko, founder of Igbo Youth Movement (IYM) and Deputy Secretary of Igbo Leaders of Thought, said: “This is our third meeting and I can tell you, there is a pervasive feeling that Abuja might not fully be aware of the anger in the land. It is possible, those around the seat of power are lying to Mr President, possibly in the hope of shielding the truth from him. If he knew the degree of bitterness in the hearts of millions of citizens, he would have released Nnamdi Kanu long ago

It was in the early hours of Saturday morning, the 8th of October, that the DSS broke into the houses of some judges, maltreated, arrested and at the same time carted away some of their vital documents which has to do with cases that are of interest to dictator Muhammadu Buhari. It would be an understatement to say that Buhari is a tyrant, because he is a replica of the devil himself.

It is quite disheartening that this is happening in a supposed democratic setting. It confirms, the fact that Muhammadu Buhari cannot change from being a dictator that he naturally is.

What matters most in this whole judicial quagmire are the reasons behind the rough-handling and humiliation of these judges. If the reason for their inhumane arrest is purely on the basis of “fighting corruption” as Buhari claimed, then why is the “bias” John Tsoho not arrested? Why is Justice John Tsoho walking freely after all the shame he brought to the Nigerian judiciary before the international community while presiding over Nnamdi Kanu’s case? Why is John Tsoho not among those judges rampaged by the DSS on the order of Muhammadu Buhari? Could it be because he worked for Buhari to remand Nnamdi Kanu in prison? Could it be because Buhari is trying to fulfill his promise of making him the Chief Justice of Nigeria? Well, these questions would defintely be answered as event unfolds.

Moreover, more incriminating facts have been gathered, regarding the main reasons why some of these judges were humiliated in such an inhumane, despicable and undemocratic manner, especially Justice Ademola Adeniyi who is still detention having released the others.

It is on good record that Justice Ademola Adeniyi ordered the immediate and unconditional release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu; the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB, on 17th December 2015. He also ordered thrice that Dasuki be released. These judgments did not go down well with Buhari and his government. They disobeyed his orders and concocted new charges to re-arrest Dasuki and continue to detain him, just like they did in Kanu’s case.

Justice Adeniyi Ademola of the Federal High Court in Abuja also in May 26, 2016 dismissed Buhari’s preliminary objection in a suit filed by an Abuja-based legal practitioner Mr. Nnamdi Nwokocha-Ahaaiwe concerning Buhari’s non-submission of his WAEC certificate during the 2015 elections that saw him fraudulently ascend to power as Nigeria’s President.

It will shock you to know that; only on Friday the 7th of October 2016 Justice Ademola issued two rulings in a case filed against the DSS by two persons whose fundamental human rights were ruthlessly abused because they were illegally detained by the same DSS. As compensation to the complainants, Ademola awarded the sum of N20million and N10million respectively against the government.

Let it also be known that what necessited the midnight raid and illegal arrest of Justice Ademola and other reputable judges has no connection with corruption or election results but rather the fact that Nnamdi Kanu filed a contempt of court proceedings against the Buhari regime which as the presiding judge in the original case he(Ademola) was legally bound to hear in his court. Nnamdi Kanu is the sole target here.

These are the shielded reasons why Dictator Muhammadu Buhari wants Justice Ademola out of his way so that he can employ the services of corrupt and biased judges in the mold and personality of Justice John Tsoho.

The bias Justice Tsoho is walking free today simply because he played and acted Buhari's script to the latter until he was unceremoniously forced out of the case after an application was brought against him before the Chief Justice of the federation. John Tsoho committed perjury on 7th March 2016, by reversing himself on an appeal which he earlier dismissed on February 19th 2016, against Nnamdi Kanu, after ironically remanding Nnamdi Kanu in prison on 29th January 2016, with three baseless reasons, which are exactly the statements made by Muhammadu Buhari during his maiden presidential media chat on 30th December 2015.

I must say here with every equivocation that if the National Judicial Council (NJC), Chief Justice of Nigeria (Mahmud Mohammed) and the Attorney General of Nigeria (Abubakar Malami) fails to eject John Tsoho from the Nigerian Judiciary, and ensure the release of Nnamdi Kanu, the recent humiliation of judges and assault on the third realm of the supposed independence arm of government will be a preamble to a bad omen that is about to befall the judiciary in the nearest future.

Justice Ademola is going through this excruciating experience simply because he is an incorruptible judge. Therefore, we are calling on the international community to take note, call to order and checkmate Buhari's excesses in his so called fight against Judicial corruption which is absurdly targetted at intimidating upright Judges into coercively doing his bidding and to unjustly jail Nnamdi Kanu.

IPOB have a true leader who is Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

I remember, in one of Kanu's speeches he said he will destroy Nigeria with the truth! To nail him, they said he threatened to use arms to fight Nigeria! Judges are afraid of handling this guy's case because his truth is a sharp double-edged sword.

Ever since our warmongering president arrested and incarcerated this innocent boy.

Nigeria has never known peace! Curses and plagues have taken over the country similar to what happened to the Egyptians under Pharaoh!

Release this innocent guy since no one has found him guilty! No one lights a candle and put under his bed! Heroes are divine and made special by God beyond destruction by men! Every attempt to destroy Mandela fuelled the agitation for end of apartheid! Kanu is a hero of his people. 

When he speaks his people listen! When he speaks his people protest! When he spoke his people faced live bullet and hundreds joined their ancestors because they believe in him.

Kanu, is more than a politician! He shares no money yet people lay their lives because they believe in him. Only heroes posses these qualities! Kanu is bigger than any other Nigerian in the contemporary time. He is a hero of the Ibos! Neither Buhari nor you who hate him is a hero! For Buhari to gather crowd he must pay for it! Kanu talks and his people follow him! He is a hero.

The prosecution of leader of separatist movement Indigenous People of Biafra suffered a major setback Monday when a judge of the Federal High Court in Abuja Justice John Tsoho returned his case file to the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court Justice Ibrahim Auta for reassignment.This comes after the judge washed his hands off the case on the strength of a petition against him before the National Judicial Council NJC by the detained Director of Radio Biafra, accusing him of bias.'

Justice Tsoho is the second judge from the bench of the Federal High Court accused by Kanu of bias in the handling of his trial. The first was Justice Ahmed Mohammed of the same division of the court. Kanu is standing trial with Benjamin Madubugwu and David Nwawuisi on a six-count charge of treasonable felony, brought against them by the Federal Government of Nigeria. When the case was called Monday, Kanu’s lead counsel Chuks Muoma brought an application wherein he claimed that the court had shown bias in the manner it has so far conducted the trial. He told the court that based on that premise his client has forwarded a petition to the NJC, adding that it will only be proper for the court to suspend hearing of the case pending the outcome of investigation by the Council. As Mazi Nnamdi Kanu Has No Case To Answer In The Court.As He Is Persecuted By Nigeria Government.

Muham-madu Buhari has lamented that the resurgence of militancy in the Niger Delta region was orchestrated by those who looted Nigeria’s wealth in order to frustrate his efforts at rebuilding the country. He also regretted that the present socio-economic crisis would have been avoided if the country had saved its oil revenue from 1999-2015 when oil prices stood at an average of $100 per barrel. Buhari further took stock of the burden of responsibility the present times placed on him and submitted that, however, he would not complain, having prayed to God for the job. He made these known at an interactive session in New York with a 15-man group of Nigerian professionals which comprised of top-flight aeronautics engineers, physicians, Information Technology experts, a judge, top policewoman, entrepreneurs, an import specialist at Customs and Border Protection, professors and two straight-A students among others. 
A statement by the President’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, 
said the forum was a platform for Buhari to update the diasporans on his efforts so far at getting the country back on its feet soon.

ABA-The crisis rocking the Indigenous people of Biafra, IPOB, on Thurssday, took a new twist with the emergence of a third faction claiming to be the authentic group representing the organization. The new group, which parades itself as the Reformed Indigenous People of Biafra; RE-IPOB, disclosed that it has sacked the IPOB led by the detained Director of Radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu and the new faction; The Rebranded Indigenous People of Biafra, TRIPOB, which have Chima Philip Effiong Osuji, as its spokesman, stressing that both groups no longer have the right to speak for Biafra. In a statement by its spokesman, Ikemba Biafra, the group who promised to disclose their leader on Monday 29th August, 2016, advised all pro-Biafran agitators to remain peaceful and warned security agents to stop molesting Biafran activists. It claimed that Kanu has lost touch with realities of Biafra while TRIPOB has ‘nothing to offer’ as splinter group of IPOB. According to the statement, “Both IPOB and TRIPOB have been sacked; they should no longer speak for the Biafran people. They are the same outfit and have nothing to offer Biafra. We warn that if Nnamdi Kanu IPOB and the so-called TRIPOB continue their antics RE-IPOB will be forced to make public the sponsors of the two groups. RE-IPOB will not accede to the burning of the Biafran flag as the sacked TRIPOB planned. The Biafran flag is sacred to Biafrans.” The statement, however, added that RE-IPOB is open to dialogue if the Nigerian government is sincere in ending the protracted agitations for an independent state of Biafra, and warned that the group will not tolerate any insincerity from the government. “If the federal government is sincere in its dialogue with RE-IPOB, then the Biafran flag can be exchanged with the Nigerian flag in the presence of President Muhammadu Buhari, the National Security Adviser, Director of State Security and the Elders of Biafra. If the dialogue is fruitful; then a peace treaty and a ‘no victor no vanquished tree’ will be planted at Gakem where the first shot of the Nigerian Civil war started and at Amichi Nnewi where the formal cessation of hostilities of the war began.

THE Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, yesterday, berated lawyers to its detained leader, Mr. Nnamdi Kanu over alleged claim that the director of Radio Biafra had agreed to negotiate with the Federal Government for his release. ARRAIGNED: Mr. Nnamdi Kanu, detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, with a Prisons official, at the premises of a Federal High Court in Abuja, yesterday. Kanu has been in detention since last year over offences bordering on treasonable felony. Though he had consistently said that his support for the actualization of Biafra Republic was non- negotiable, his lawyers, in a surprise move last week told reporters in Abuja that the IPOB leader was willing to negotiate with Federal Government to secure his release. Disowning the lawyers’ alleged move, the IPOB Media and Publicity Secretary, Mr. Emma Powerful in a statement made available to reporters described the position of the lawyers as a distraction. In the statement entitled.Nobody can set an agenda for IPOB except our leader, Nnamdi Kanu,’ the group urged their members and the public to disregard the statement credited to the lawyers. The statement read:The leader for the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and the members of IPOB worldwide, appeal to the public and the people of Biafra to remain calm and disregard the press staement credited to the defense lawyers, namely Barr Ifeanyi Ejiofor and Chief Amobi Nzelu and others that appeared at a press conference in Abuja.It is very unfortunate that the lawyers did not consult the leader of IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and members of the Directorate of State before speaking about our relationship with the Avengers or willingness to dialogue with the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.In this regard, it is crucial to clarify that our leader will not discuss with the Nigerian government until court orders granting him unconditional release is obeyed by the DSS. Ohanaeze Youth Wing Accuses Buhari Of Being Anti Igbo.
ABA-Following the continued detention of the Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, the youth wing of the pan Igbo group, Ohanaeze Ndigbo, has accused President Muhammadu Buhari of being anti Igbo and urged him to release the detained leader, without further delay. The youth group wondered why the Federal Government would continue to detain Kanu who has never taken up arms against the state while members of the dreaded Boko Haram terror group are being serially released from detention. In a statement signed by its National President, Mazi Okechukwu Isiguzoro, insisted that the continued detention of the IPOB leader even against court orders, is the cause of the escalating tension and ill-feelings in the South East and part of South South zone, and portrays President Buhari’s administration as anti-Igbo. It further stated that said intelligence reports available to the Igbo youths group indicated that there could be a total breakdown of law and order in the entire South East and South South zones if Kanu is not released soon. “It beats our imagination that terrorists who have been responsible for the death of innocent Nigerians are being released while unarmed freedom fighters are kept behind the bars against court orders. “This bias poses serious threat to our peace and national unity, and we hope the President will address it before it becomes too late,” the statement said. On the tussle over the Abia state governorship position, Ohanaeze youth council argued that the Abia Charter of Equity which recommends power rotation among the senatorial zones in the state should be respected for justice and fair play. “Anything that truncates the zoning arrangement in the state could pose security threat which will not be in the interest of anybody. As Igbo youths, we can’t afford to sit back and watch any Igbo state put into avoidable crisis, hence our call for the Abia Charter of Equity to be respected by all the parties. “Removing Gov. Okezie Ikpeazu who is the first and only governor from Ukwa/ Ngwa zone amounts to shortchanging the entire Abia South zone as other zones has produced two term governors. We advise that the wise decision of the founding fathers of the state who put in place the power rotation arrangement be respected to give peace a chance.

We are not aware he committed any crime; we only know and heard he is fighting for Biafra in the most civilized and peaceful way. We know he is not even living in Nigeria and has not stolen Nigerian money. He is aspiring for self-determination without guns or infringement of any one’s right. We heard he used radio Biafra and has never fought anyone or wanted to overthrow Buhari. He told Buhari to conduct referendum for Biafran people and spoke with a strong voice and Buhari pressed the panic button by arresting him. That was how he came here. We have been hearing of him before he came and when he came, we celebrated him and now in our football championship, we called him to sponsor it as someone different from all of us. He came here for the sake of peacefully and legally aspiring for self-determination; we pity him because he has done nothing. With the opening of the championship, we are not aware Kanu committed any crime” A prison inmate said on behalf of other inmates. Ifeanyi Chijioke had conducted a quiet interview which was done through his source that visited Kuje prison and spoke with the inmate on a confidential note. The target of Ifeanyi Chijioke was to know what really came about voting Nnamdi Kanu to open and sponsor a football championship despite being charged with treason by the Nigerian government. Kuje prison is known for its high profile inmates either sentenced or waiting trial. The opening of the said football championship by Nnamdi Kanu signifies negligence and mockery of the charge against him. A man with such serious charge to have won the love and approval of the whole inmates is something of grave concern to the government owing to how his case is being handled. “Nnamdi Kanu keeps winning because he is light; the young man spoke the truth and we are aware what truth can do.
