Donald TrumpThis question above came to my mind after reading FFK's article that was published on daily post of Sept 7, 2016 titled "the implications of Donald trump presidency". It drew my attention to the scriptures to find out the role Emperor Cyrus of Persia played in the restoration of Israel's sovereignty, after they were conquered and taken captive  by Babylon while the weak ones that couldn't travel to Babylon were left to rot in the war-ravaged city of Jerusalem, and the lucky ones escaped from Isreal and scattered all over the world.

Similarly, Biafrans of today have continued to leave Biafraland in their  thousands and have scattered all over the world in search of greener pasture since after the British empire through the instrumentality of Hausa/Fulani Moslems and their Yoruba allies conquered Biafraland during the war of Genocide and had held our so called political leaders in captivity till today.

However, according to Jeremiah 29:10-18, the Lord said, 70 years must pass before Israel  will be restored back to sovereignty with greater prosperity. And in the book of Ezra chapter one, Jeremiah's prophecy came to pass, after the Israelites had completed their 70 years under Babylonian rule. With the rise of Emperor Cyrus of Persia who overthrew the Babylonian Empire and freed the Israelites during the first year of his reign. That was exactly as prophet Isaiah foretold it in Isaiah chapter 45, 150 years before Emperor Cyrus was even born. 

The above scenario got me thinking, 2017 will be 50 years since Biafra was declared by Ojukwu and the war began: will our own Cyrus (Donald trump) rise in our own "50 years" just like Israel's "70 years" in exile? Will God use him to free us from British Neo colonialism under the Hausa/ Fulani Islamic oligarchy, just like He used Cyprus a pagan king to free the Israelites from captivity in Babylon?

Is Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, our own Ezra, the priest and prophet, that will lead all the exiled Biafrans that are scattered all over the world back to our promise land just like Ezra in the Bible led the exiled Israelites back to Jerusalem?

eAlthough many Biafrans see Mazi Nnamdi Kanu as a leader in the mould of Moses that led the Israelites out of Eygpt, while some see him in the mould of Joshua that led the Israelites into the promised land. Some also see him as Nelson Mandela (Mediba) that freed South Africa from Aparthied after spending 27 years in prison. Some equally see him as Apostle Paul because he spread the gospel of Biafra to all Biafrans that are scattered both within Nigeria and in the Diaspora.

However from the look of things, I see him as a leader in the mould of Ezra the priest and prophet that led the exiled Israelites back to Jerusalem and brought true religious and social reformation to the restored kingdom of Israel, only time shall tell.

But Nnamdi Kanu De Great whom God has chosen as the only acceptable Shepherd of his people in Biafra made prophetic declarations inspired by Almighty God before his illegal arrest, which do not need at least 10 years to fulfill but are all fulfilled in just less than two years.
 It will be recalled by my readers that Nnamdi Kanu prophesied about the menace of Fulani herdsmen in Nigeria going presently, today it is fulfilled. He also prophesied that the then incoming tyrant Buhari who is a religious bigot and ethnic chauvinist is going to sack all competent hands in Nigeria security agencies and replace them with mediocres from the north, today it is fulfilled. He prophesied that if they refuse to give us Biafra, that Somalia will be paradise to compare to Nigeria, today if you are aware of things, if Biafra is not restored fast, soon Nigerians will begin to eat one another due hunger and hardship. All these asides because they all have happened before your eyes.
 Nnamdi Kanu said verbatim that soon "BIAFRA" is going to be topic of discussion everywhere in the world and that will herald the restoration of Biafra - the land of the rising sun. A statement Nnamdi Kanu made when a group in Biafraland needless to mention their name were in court in Owerri with Nigeria govt seeking permission to be allowed to be mentioning Biafra as an acceptable nomenclature in Nigeria so as for them to begin the process of self-determination with the name. Anybody who tells himself the truth will know that there is no topic currently discussed around the world more than BIAFRA. Different national, continental, sub-regional and international parliaments are now becoming interested in the discussion of BIAFRA. It is an obvious truth that when Nnamdi Kanu made this prophetic utterance concerning Biafra, only a few people talks about Biafra.
 Today in Nigeria, all media outlets, be it print media or electronic media, everyone desires to be first in reporting news about Biafra. If any newspaper in Nigeria fails to place a big caption about Biafra on its cover page, they may not sell even a copy. Every politician in Nigeria today who want to test or fine tune his or her popularity will either talk positive or negative about Biafra or hypocritically call for the release of Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of IPOB. All these happenings have brought the fulfillment the prophecy of the great Prophet that soon Biafra will become subject of discussion everywhere in the world. Recently, Prof Chukwuma Soludo joined the list of Igbo-Biafran elites who have genuinely or hypocritically called for the release of Nnamdi Kanu who is completing one year in detention being 14/10/2016.


 


Prof Soludo called on Gen. Buhari to as a matter of urgency release Mazi Kanu because himself and his fellow Igbo elites are gradually queuing behind Nnamdi Kanu to demand for Biafra. Prof Soludo implied this when he said that the prolong detention of Mazi Kanu is already winning more love of his people as days go by. Research made by Family Writers proved that virtually all Igbo political, religious, economic and cultural elites are now in full support of Nnamdi Kanu's restoration of Biafra requisition but are merely hiding due to fear of Buhari's victimization. Family Writers also discovered that what is staggering some Igbo elites decision to join call for Biafra is fear of losing their investments in other parts of the defunct Nigeria.
 That is a pure ignorance of international laws and conventions protecting ownership of properties or businesses in foreign nations. Adeniyi Ademola, one of the federal judges arrested in the illegal crackdown by the Department of State Security Services, DSS, last week has revealed disturbing details of the midnight operation by agents of the secret police.

In a letter to the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Mahmud Mohammed, Justice Ademola, a royal prince of Egbaland, recounts the nightmarish attack on his home by the rampaging DSS operatives.

The document, exclusively obtained by The Trent, contains chilling details of how DSS operatives broke into his house in the night. At several points in the 6-hour operation, Justice Ademola was threatened at gunpoint to sign documents – whose content he doesn’t know.

The DSS agent, said to be up to 45- pointed guns at him at least twice and threatened to shoot the federal judge. One of the agents even said that if they killed him, there was no record of them being at his home and he ” just would die for nothing”.

According to Justice Ademola, when the agents knocked down his doors and finally gained entry into his bedroom. They told him that they had already recovered undisclosed amounts of cash in the visitor’s room downstairs.

The DSS agents refused to disclose the amount of cash they recovered, but went on to force him to sign a document admitting certain items that were found in his house. He says he was never allowed to read the document to know its content and signed the document at gunpoint, just to save his life.

At a point, one of the agents sneered at Justice Ademola and disclosed that the DSS action against him was because he granted bail to Sambo Dasuki, a former national security adviser, and Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of secessionist group, the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB. Both Dasuki and Kanu remain incarcerated by the Buhari government in disobedience to the court orders granting them bail.

Ordinarily, The Trent would not publish this document because of its sensitive nature. But, we are compelled to make this available to the Nigerian public by the far-reaching implications of the anti-democratic strong arm tactics of the Muhammadu Buhari-led government on the democracy of Nigeria.

Human rights groups like Intersociety have documented the arrests, of what could be hundreds of citizens, by the DSS. Arrests were carried out in similar fashion by the secret police. Most of them are just struggling citizens who happen to either be advocating for a free republic of Biafra or associated with politicians believed to be in opposition to the Buhari government or his party, the All Progressives Congress.

Justice Ademola’s great grandfather, Oba Ladapo Ademola II, was one of the foremost post independence monarchs in Nigeria. He is a royal prince of Egba Kingdom in Yorubaland. He comes from a lineage of tough leaders who serve with integrity.

His grandfather, Sir Adetokunbo Ademola, was the first ever Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, he was also the first Nigerian to be appointed a judge. His father was Justice Nekan Ademola, an erudite appeal court judge.

Justice Ademola is a member of the core Yoruba elite. The Ademolas are loved, respected, in fact, revered in Yorubaland. Our investigations reveal that he is a very loved and distinguished person who is upright and had built a reputation for being incorruptible and fearless in interpreting the law.

He accuses the DSS attack on him to be a revenge mission orchestrated by Abubakar Malami, the attorney-general of the federation over an old grievance Malami, a senior advocate of Nigeria, has against him. He denies all allegations against him planted in the press by the DSS and seeks leave to pursue legal action against the DSS.

Ademola is one of seven federal judges, including two justices of the Supreme Court, whose homes were invaded and burgled by the DSS acting on the orders of President Muhammadu Buhari on the night of Friday, October 7, 2016.

Following outcry from Nigerians, the DSS issued a statement claiming the judges were subjects of a ‘sting operation’ aimed at “cleaning the judiciary of corruption”.

However, a statement released by the National Judicial Council, NJC, revealed that the claims by the DSS are false and unsubstantiated. The judiciary declared the DSS action unconstitutional saying that the the DSS went outside its mandate and that the operation was aimed at intimidating the judiciary into submitting the whims of the DSS.

Justice Binta F M Nyako was born on the 14th of May 1959 in Rimi local government area, Katistina State. She was sworn in as a Judge on the 28th of July 2000.

Justice was a noble profession before God and man, because it involves a matter of life and death. Before the resignation of Justice Limi after the DSS storm his home in the wee hour at about 1:00am. In a failed attempt to kidnapped him and subsequently accused him of 2 million dollar bribery, he said “that if I have such amount of money or a quarter of it, I would have leaves this horrible profession that has lost its integrity”

Justice Binta who knows if, you have to restores the integrity Nigerian judiciary that has been shattered before international community, therefore I beg of you to do all you can to restore this noble profession which has lost its test and have fallen into the abyss. The judiciary should be seen as the last hope of the ordinary man. When the Executive is intoxicated with power and became mad, and the legislative arms of government resurrect impunity and swimming in pool of corruption. The work of the Judiciary is to saves and brings these two arms of government to justice.

Today, the NIGERIA Judiciary has been corrupted and her glory and integrity lost because of the Executive interference. Justice Binta, you can do well to restore her to the high place of her glory. You are now the next judge after the corrupt John Tsoho disqualified himself for irregularities in interpreting the law and handling of Citizen Nnamdi Kanu's case, who is the Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra. He is standing trial for seeking for Self-determination, bringing it to two judges that have disqualified themselves.

Finally Justice Binta , I am not writing to teach your honourable profession but Ma, I am writing to remained you of the Oath you sworn before the chamber of the witnessing Judges : that you Justice Binta will always interpret the laws and the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. That you will without fear of intimidation stand always on Justice and among other things which you sworn to uphold

Justice Binta, I am leaving you before your conscience and ChukwuAbiama to stand without fear of anybody to uphold justice. The case of citizen Nnamdi Kanu is before you now.

The last may have not been heard of the legal tricks and delay gimmicks employed by the Federal government of Nigeria as another showdown of game of shame in the Nigerian judiciary is in the offing.

Just when he is getting out of the euphoria of Justice John Tsoho’s dance of shame which led to his withdrawal from the case, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra cum Radio Biafra Boss, Nnamdi Kanu, may be in for another round of judicial quagmire as another judge of the Federal High Court Abuja division, has finally taken up his case file. We sincerely hope this will not be the case but the chances are high and irresistible.

Information reaching the news desk of BIAFRA WRITERS, has it that Justice Binta F.M Nyako of the Federal High Court, Abuja has been assigned by the CJN to preside over the case of the detained leader of IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu and has fixed the date for hearing to hold on November 8, 2016, the same date Kanu’s legal team and the federal government would be slugging it out at the ECOWAS Community Court of Justice in Abuja, the latter having failed to appear in the initial scheduled date of 26th September, 2016.

The assigning of Kanu’s case file to another judge in itself is not a problem but what appears deeply worrisome is its assigning of the case to a Northern judge from the same home state as the President himself who is the Chief Prosecutor in this case even as she has already took off in a troublesome style by fixing the date of the proceeding, the same day meant for the ECOWAS court hearing.

More worrisome and disturbing is the news flying on social media that Justice Hajiya Binta Nyako who was appointed judge on 28th July, 2000 would have been among those judges that were recently arrested, over the sum of 2 million US Dollar bribe she allegedly collected from Jide Omokore to grant a scandalous and unmerited bail to the oil magnate who stole over 6 billion US Dollars from Nigeria on the 8 of July 2016, but was spared on the condition of her convicting and putting behind bars the IPOB leader for life and that she has already started by fixing the date for her hearing of the case, the same as that of the ECOWAS court.

ABOUT 52 groups from the South-East and South-South part of Nigeria have threatened to merge with the indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB), if the detained Leader of IPOB and Director of Radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, is not released unconditionally.

Rising from their meeting in Enugu at the weekend, the coalition group urged the Federal Government to obey  the High Court high ruling of December 2015, ordering the release of Kanu from prison custody.

The group which met in Enugu, under the chairmanship of Bishop Michael Ibeneme, at the residence of Chief (Mrs) Maria Okwor, stated that they were not happy with continued incarceration of the IPOB leader.

The group which is comprised of Christian religious bodies, students associations, town unions, age grades, traders associations, women’s groups, youth organisations and Igbo elders said that the government at the centre “is steadily making it difficult for the country to remain one, through its brazen, oppressive and determined effort to strike fear into the hearts of citizens in order to foist a fascist reign of ethnic, regional and religious dominance of one region over another, and vowed to resist such unholy agenda”

“Capitulation to the agenda would mean sentencing our progeny to a permanent status of serfs, everything is being done to rub in that we are not part of Nigeria. Buhari is deliberately pushing us out of Nigeria.”

The meeting which also had in attendance over a dozen groups from the Niger Delta insisted that the delay to redesign Nigeria to six regions is the source of 99% of the problems afflicting the nation today.

In a two point communique, the groups declared that six regional structure remains the only formula to salvage, and rebuild Nigeria, noting that those opposed to six regional structure were only working towards the eventual disintegration of the country.

They said that all political, economic and social indicators pointed to the self-evident truth that only an early reversal to the six-regional structure will save the country now.

“We are giving notice to the world, that if the unjust, provocative and very divisive detention of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is not specially looked into for the sake of peace, equity and justice, we may no longer restrain our members, affiliates, friends and sisters groups who have indicated their resolve to join and merge with the IPOB in solidarity with their persecution and unjust detention of their leader.

 “Pursuit of self-determination is the inalienable right of all oppressed people the world over as endorsed by the United Nations Chatter on freedom.

“We are being forced and pressured by the uncompromising attitude of the oppressor to defend and protect the future of our progeny. The current master/servant relationship as typified by the unworkable, military constitution is suffocating us. Enough is Enough”.

Speaking to reporters after the meetings, Comrade Chimezie Ubani, President of Igbo Student Union said: “We pleaded for restructure they refused, we pleaded for a referendum they said no, they treat us like slaves, Fulani herdsmen raping our women, killing our farmers, abducting our priests, all the 54 tertiary institution in the east have resolved to join the IPOB to turn it to the largest mass movement in the world.

“We have come to the point where Mr President must know that he just cannot continue detaining an innocent man. We have already printed our ID Cards, from now henceforth we are all IPOB”.

“Lady Ifeoma Nwankwo, chairperson of the Onitsha Fish Dealers Association complained “631 IPOB member’s has been slaughtered by the Federal Government this year alone, some kidnapped in hospitals and killed, it is unacceptable.

“Mazi Chidiebere Onwudiwe was kidnapped by the DSS in June, with a laughable allegation of planning to bomb churches and computer village heaped on him by the DSS, for 4 months they have held him incommunicado without charging him to court. what do you call this if not fascism. A mixture of Hitler and Idi Amin in the making. Subjugation through reign of terror. We are all IPOB henceforth.”

“Chief Chris Obikwelu, Chairman of Igbo Traders Association, said “if Kanu is not released this month, every trader will now go about with IPOB ID Cards, its one year now since they locked up an innocent man, they are indirectly telling us that we are nothing, that we are inconsequential, that they can treat us any how they like, we are tired of the oppression”.

Bishop Ibeneme, who chaired the meeting, said, “Every effort to resolve the structural defects if this country is being rebuffed by people who love to ride on the back of others, people whose world view is that of subjugating others to slavery and eternal domination.

“They are pushing us to the wall, they are doing all they can to provoke us to action. We call on Mr President to release Nnamdi Kanu and reduce the anger and bitterness in the land. Those advising otherwise do not wish him well”.

Also speaking, Evangelist Elliot Ugochukwu-Uko, founder of Igbo Youth Movement (IYM) and Deputy Secretary of Igbo Leaders of Thought, said: “This is our third meeting and I can tell you, there is a pervasive feeling that Abuja might not fully be aware of the anger in the land. It is possible, those around the seat of power are lying to Mr President, possibly in the hope of shielding the truth from him. If he knew the degree of bitterness in the hearts of millions of citizens, he would have released Nnamdi Kanu long ago

It was in the early hours of Saturday morning, the 8th of October, that the DSS broke into the houses of some judges, maltreated, arrested and at the same time carted away some of their vital documents which has to do with cases that are of interest to dictator Muhammadu Buhari. It would be an understatement to say that Buhari is a tyrant, because he is a replica of the devil himself.

It is quite disheartening that this is happening in a supposed democratic setting. It confirms, the fact that Muhammadu Buhari cannot change from being a dictator that he naturally is.

What matters most in this whole judicial quagmire are the reasons behind the rough-handling and humiliation of these judges. If the reason for their inhumane arrest is purely on the basis of “fighting corruption” as Buhari claimed, then why is the “bias” John Tsoho not arrested? Why is Justice John Tsoho walking freely after all the shame he brought to the Nigerian judiciary before the international community while presiding over Nnamdi Kanu’s case? Why is John Tsoho not among those judges rampaged by the DSS on the order of Muhammadu Buhari? Could it be because he worked for Buhari to remand Nnamdi Kanu in prison? Could it be because Buhari is trying to fulfill his promise of making him the Chief Justice of Nigeria? Well, these questions would defintely be answered as event unfolds.

Moreover, more incriminating facts have been gathered, regarding the main reasons why some of these judges were humiliated in such an inhumane, despicable and undemocratic manner, especially Justice Ademola Adeniyi who is still detention having released the others.

It is on good record that Justice Ademola Adeniyi ordered the immediate and unconditional release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu; the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB, on 17th December 2015. He also ordered thrice that Dasuki be released. These judgments did not go down well with Buhari and his government. They disobeyed his orders and concocted new charges to re-arrest Dasuki and continue to detain him, just like they did in Kanu’s case.

Justice Adeniyi Ademola of the Federal High Court in Abuja also in May 26, 2016 dismissed Buhari’s preliminary objection in a suit filed by an Abuja-based legal practitioner Mr. Nnamdi Nwokocha-Ahaaiwe concerning Buhari’s non-submission of his WAEC certificate during the 2015 elections that saw him fraudulently ascend to power as Nigeria’s President.

It will shock you to know that; only on Friday the 7th of October 2016 Justice Ademola issued two rulings in a case filed against the DSS by two persons whose fundamental human rights were ruthlessly abused because they were illegally detained by the same DSS. As compensation to the complainants, Ademola awarded the sum of N20million and N10million respectively against the government.

Let it also be known that what necessited the midnight raid and illegal arrest of Justice Ademola and other reputable judges has no connection with corruption or election results but rather the fact that Nnamdi Kanu filed a contempt of court proceedings against the Buhari regime which as the presiding judge in the original case he(Ademola) was legally bound to hear in his court. Nnamdi Kanu is the sole target here.

These are the shielded reasons why Dictator Muhammadu Buhari wants Justice Ademola out of his way so that he can employ the services of corrupt and biased judges in the mold and personality of Justice John Tsoho.

The bias Justice Tsoho is walking free today simply because he played and acted Buhari's script to the latter until he was unceremoniously forced out of the case after an application was brought against him before the Chief Justice of the federation. John Tsoho committed perjury on 7th March 2016, by reversing himself on an appeal which he earlier dismissed on February 19th 2016, against Nnamdi Kanu, after ironically remanding Nnamdi Kanu in prison on 29th January 2016, with three baseless reasons, which are exactly the statements made by Muhammadu Buhari during his maiden presidential media chat on 30th December 2015.

I must say here with every equivocation that if the National Judicial Council (NJC), Chief Justice of Nigeria (Mahmud Mohammed) and the Attorney General of Nigeria (Abubakar Malami) fails to eject John Tsoho from the Nigerian Judiciary, and ensure the release of Nnamdi Kanu, the recent humiliation of judges and assault on the third realm of the supposed independence arm of government will be a preamble to a bad omen that is about to befall the judiciary in the nearest future.

Justice Ademola is going through this excruciating experience simply because he is an incorruptible judge. Therefore, we are calling on the international community to take note, call to order and checkmate Buhari's excesses in his so called fight against Judicial corruption which is absurdly targetted at intimidating upright Judges into coercively doing his bidding and to unjustly jail Nnamdi Kanu.
