This is sad and ominous. As United States Senator Ted Cruz once said “the light of truth is stronger than the terror of darkness”.

It follows that the biggest mistake that the Buhari administtation can possibly make is to attempt to crack down” on the Niger Delta and kill innocent civilians.

If this ever happens, for whatever reason, it will set off a chain of events that will lead to the end of Nigeria as we know it.Nigeria will disintegrate before Buhari’s very eyes if any more innocent blood is shed and if the towns, creeks and villages of the oil-producing states are shelled and reduced to rubble.The cause of the people of the Niger Delta, and indeed that of the Igbo people of the eastern states, is just and their struggles and aspirations are legitimate and reasonable.

Self-determination is a right. It is a concept and principle that is universally accepted and that has the backing of international law.You do not threaten and bomb those that seek to exercise that right: you treat them with respect, decency and decorum and attempt to persuade them to stay.

This is a point that is lost on President Buhari and those around him. The Avengers are not Boko Haram: taking them on in the field of battle would be a monuemental error.

THE Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has again given former governor of Akwa Ibom State, Obong Victor Attah hard knocks over his latest comment that the group is misguided.
IPOB Media and Publicity sec­retary, Mr. Emma Powerful, while reacting to Attah’s interview with Saturday Sun, described him as uninformed.According to the group “Attah is not alone in the unreasonable assertions of many, I would say, uninformed elder statesmen who are like the proverbial old man who sits at home and watch the she goat deliver while tethered.On what basis did Victor At­tah base his allegation that IPOB is being misguided? Is IPOB mis­guided in our quest for the resto­ration of our fatherland Biafra, or for deciding to opt out of a One Nigeria that has failed to work since the amalgamation of 1914 to which the founding fathers, Sir Ahmadu Belo, Obafemi Awolo­wo and Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe at various times made various state­ments that point to the fact that there were no basis for the unity of Nigeria.This was also reiterated by General Yakubu Gowon after the Nigeria/Biafra war? Is it not clear to Obong Victor Attah that a Ni­geria where the Biafrans are the targeted people at any slightest misunderstanding is not work­able? IPOB under the leadership of Nnamdi Kanu was able to re­discover our root We are able to discover that the fragmentation of Biafra land from the original South Eastern State to East central State, until now, South-south are a ploy to divide us. And an elder states­man like Obong Attah should be able to direct his people on the marginalization of his people. But no, he is so blind to see that Nigeria wants to impoverish his people.But IPOB, under the leader­ship of Kanu was able to see the destruction of the Nigerian state on our people and the lies they propagated against Biafrans by making us hate our brothers. Now, this people who Obong Victor Attah is alleging is mis­guided has realised that we are one and brothers. If this is what Victor Attah term as being mis­guided, then that is of good pur­pose Now, IPOB led by Kanu has been able to expose all the atrocities of the Nigerian state in the unimaginable marginaliza­tion of Biafrans to the extent that over 90% of all the oil blocks in the so-called Niger Delta region of Biafraland is owned by the northerners. Is this exposé an act of being misguided? Well if this is so, then, the misguidance is in the right direction.IPOB under the leadership of Nnamdi Kanu, started the propagation of Biafra self-de­termination in the most civilized manner. By not taking up arms and by utilizing the provisions of the charter of the rights of In­digenous people to self-determi­nation. If all these amount to be­ing misguided, is it when IPOB turn lawless just like the Nige­rian government is lawless, that Victor Attah will declare IPOB as moving in the right direction.On the allegation that Igbo el­ders are not supporting the agi­tation for Biafra, Powerful said: “That is also not true. A lot of Igbo elders support the Biafra ag­itation even though they are not making public, the declaration of their support while some people mounted the platform to propa­gate a total sell out of Biafra land to the Hausa-Fulani hegemony.Dr. Ike Ekweremadu once threatened that he was going to move a motion for the secession of the sovereign state of Biafra when the North wanted to move a motion for a separate caliphate for the Boko Haram. These are Igbo elders who believe that the agitation for the sovereign state of Biafra is a legitimate one. A Bishop of the catholic church in Enugu is an open advocate of the need to restore the state of Biafra. There are millions of Igbo elders who may not be open in their support but will in the fullness of time.But then, there are the Hau­sa-Fulani Slaves who are out to sabotage the struggle for the restoration of Biafra and have been receiving and sharing blood money from the government in power who are using these abom­inable Igbo elders to undermine the Biafra restoration effort.
These are the Ohaneze Ndig­bo and all the corrupt politi­cians in Biafra land who are not ashamed to feed on the crumbs that fell off the tables of their Hausa-Fulani slave masters. If Obong Victor Attah is referring to these disgruntled class of Igbo elders, IPOB do not require their support. These are saboteurs who will have no place in Biafra when Biafra is restored.
On the allegation that IPOB has lost track, “then we ask him, in what ways? Our leader Kanu was arrested DSS, and the IPOB did not go violence, instead, We took to a lawful peaceful pro­test. Does this amount to losing track.The IPOB decided to follow the rule of law to free its leader, does that amount to losing track. IPOB members on peaceful pro­test were massacred in numbers, yet IPOB maintained the line of peace, is this what Victor Attah meant by IPOB losing track Right now the IPOB has taken Nigeria government to the ICC at the Hague to address the issue of human right abus­es. Does this amount to losing track? IPOB has also sued the Nigerian law enforcement agen­cies to the ECOWAS Court to address all the injustices taking place against the leader of IPOB in the Nigeria Court. Is this what Attah, who has opted to pitch his tenth with saboteurs call losing track.Let it be made known to Obong Victor Attah that nobody can dictate the pace of the Bi­afra Restoration effort except the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to whom all IPOB reserve their loyalty. We can not be stam­peded into any form of illegal­ity no matter the pressure by the government of Muhammadu Buhari.We don’t know the Biafra he is talking about died with the instruments of surrender it is not this Biafra Nnamdi Kanu is pi­loting and if he have the docu­ments where Philip Efiong and co signed for the surrender let him bring it to the world.

Biafra Restoration Not Personal Decision But Call From God Almighty- Nnamdi Kanu.

Detained Leader Of The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu yesterday, exploded from his prison custody when he insisted that his decision to restore the nation of Biafra was not his personal choice but a mandate from the Most High God (Chiukwu-okike-abiama) which was assigned to him from time immemorial. Nnamdi-Kanu in court He maintained that the restoration of the nation of Biafra is a priority and a project that must be achieved under the watchful eyes of the IPOB led by himself, an arduous task that must be accomplished in order to lead his people out of the contraption called Nigeria, without fear of death. The Media and Publicity Secretary of IPOB, Comrade Emma Powerful who disclosed this yesterday in a press statement, quoted Kanu as telling some sympathizers who visited him in prison custody that he had even dedicated his life to restore Biafra, just as our Lord Jesus Christ dedicated His own life for the salvation of mankind. According to Kanu, “the reason my mother gave birth to me was to restore and save Biafrans. I also promise that the Biafran race will be a cleaned up nation and all the people of Biafra will come back home, if they are living outside the country of the new nation. Our people will no longer wander on the road again”. He queried: “How can I encourage the people of Biafra to work towards the upbringing of Nigeria, when we don’t hear the same language, don’t eat the same food and don’t have the same culture. In fact, if we come to their land to practice our culture and religion, we will be beheaded. Their women wear hijab, and Biafran women don’t, and on the point that our women don’t wear hijab and we don’t practice the same religion, they will see us as infidels and then, we will be beheaded. We are 100 per cent Christian. These people are Muslims who see killing as a culture. In Biafra where we originated from,, it will be hard for our people to kill a human being, because in my language a human being is called MMANDU, which means in English language the beauty of life. Now, you can see it will never work, the only solution is Biafra. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu further stated that “there is no regret in his dictionary,” adding that “he is ready to spend a thousand years in a prison. “ “And also we are not trying to secede from Nigeria. We are older than Nigeria. You can only talk about seceding if Biafrans are they ones that colonized Nigeria. But we are older than that contraption. Militants Seize Liberian Vessel, Target Frontier Oil
A Niger Delta group, the Concerned Militant Lead­ers (CML) yesterday after­noon, seized a ship with Liberian flag along Bakassi Peninsula of Nigerian wa­terways.
This is even as the group disclosed that the next target for attack would be Frontier Oil in Eket, Akwa Ibom State.Daily Sun gathered that the vessel was heading to the Nigeria Liquefied Nat­ural Gas (NLNG), Bonny, Rivers State before it was intercepted by the mili­tants.Spokesperson of the CML, General Ben, dis­closed that they seized the ship as part of their griev­ances against the Federal Government and to cripple the economy.Ben, in a statement yes­terday evening, said they were yet to ascertain the number of crewmembers onboard the vessel, adding that they had every other information about the ship.The vessel has the following details (ex­cluding crew onboard), MMSI: 636015354; IMO: 9113551; gross tonnage: 25,202; Country Flag, Li­beria; Crude oil tanker and Pilot, Captain Marcus,” he said.The group ruled out any intention to dialogue with the Federal Govern­ment anywhere, unless it is around the Atlantic Ocean, which is their area of con­trol.

The spokesperson stated that CML had not decided what to do with the vessel and crewmembers now, but would inform the Fed­eral Government their in­tention before Wednesday, July 27.
He warned that no mili­tant group should dialogue with the Federal Govern­ment until it addressed the agitations of the Niger Delta agitators, particular­ly the release of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), which CML, in particular, is con­cerned about.This is the worst gov­ernment we have had since this democratic dispensa­tion. People are suffering and dying due to hardship and government does not want to listen to the griev­ances of our people.There is no time again for negotiation with any government, and no group, even the Niger Delta Avengers (NDA) should not do that. Government should wait for us and expect more pipeline attack.

Ohanaeze’s Owerri Meeting A Stage-Managed Jamboree —IPOB.

Authorities of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB under the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has described weekend’s meeting of Ohanaeze Ndigbo held in Owerri, the Imo state capital as a mere jamboree and insignificant. Gov. Rochas Okorocha IPOB alleged that the meeting convened by Governor Rochas Okorocha, was stage-managed by his political masters in Aso Rock, Abuja, for the purpose of finding a lasting solution to the agitation for Biafra by nailing the remaining IPOB members and other agitators. In a press statement issued yesterday in Onitsha, Anambra state.by its Media and Publicity Secretary, Comrade Emma Powerful, IPOB said it wondered why stooges to those in Abuja would come out to be deceiving our people by calling them out on such an insignificant meeting to discuss their secret agenda. Powerful said IPOB worldwide under Nnamdi Kanu is worried that those elders and some governors who attended the meeting convened by Okorocha who they alleged destroyed the South-East governors forum, because of his selfish interest, would call a meeting in Owerri instead of Enugu which is the headquarters of the old Eastern region and they attended. 

IPOB recalled that Okorocha had boycotted meetings of South East Governors’ Forum in Enugu each time it was convened, yet Igbo elders, traditional rulers and some Eastern states governors who attended the meeting in Owerri could not ask questions on why the meeting should be held in Owerri, instead of Enugu.
